“Location is great, convenient to rink and food options. Hotel is dated, like stepping into the 70s. Staff friendly and accommodating. Still uses keys on the door. Breakfast were mini bagels, small pastries and waffle maker, no real hot breakfast. Diner around the corner had better options. Beds comfortable, though heating system could be noisy if you are sleeping next to it. Pillows comfortable. Overall, you stay there for the location.”

“A pleasant stay in a great location. It was nice to have the rec center with gym and pools right there. The property managers are super responsive. A little small for our party of 8 but we waited to book it a little too long and it’s advertised appropriately so that’s on us. It all worked out.”

We like to do a bit of hiking so this was conveniently located near Rt 93 to head north for all the foliage hikes. Approx 20 minutes to Franconia Notch and 1 hr to Crawford Notch area. “My family of 5 stayed here over Christmas break and skied Waterville Valley. The condo was very clean, it has an open floor plan so there was plenty of room. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were all comfortable. Cliff did a great job labeling everything to make it an easy experience. We will definitely come back! ”

“Stay was not pleasant. Rental had a bad smell, alarm went off in utility room and then water stopped working on last day so had to leave a day early. Texted /called Vacasa several times over multiple days but never got a call back. On one of my callbacks I was told there was nothing they could do “because owner wasn’t calling them back”. Such a bad experience! Vacasa was awful to deal with.”
