Wonderful!
We loved Chartel’s home! So beautiful, clean, and spacious for our group of 5 adults. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Location great for the subway, fun bars/restaurants, and a supermarket one block away. Highly recommend! You won’t regret it!

Perfect Location and Perfect Place

Wonderful summer vacation with family in Washington DC
The house is in fantastic state. The beds were comfy, and we had all the appliances and utensils we needed. The location was wonderful being two blocks from the metro. Good restaurants, nearby and overall great location. The property manager was great to work with. We will return again.

Exceptional stay. Highly recommend!
Myself and two of my team members booked a local accommodation as an alternative to a hotel during our visit from Colorado. From the selection process to booking, communication, and our experience at the property, we couldn't be happier with our choice! We had everything we needed and loved the central location, which was close to many local hotspots all within walking distance. Our host was great - responsive and flexible with some requests to help make the most of our stay. I highly recommend it!

The house is wonderful. Clean, beautiful, quiet,comfortable beds, great communication with the host. This house is located in the perfect location for our son’s GW graduation. We had three generations staying comfortably together in the house. This is definitely a 5 star property.

Just the best way to see DC
I booked Charlet's place as part of a celebration with close friends for a once in a lifetime honour that my wife received in DC. We looked at many properties. We wanted an elegant place with an authentic DC feel for this very special visit. From the bright interior to the well-appointed kitchen to the wonderful outdoor space with a BBQ to the location, this home could not have been better. What a wonderful taste of DC life. We are planning to return.

Wonderful city home
What a gem of a property! It's beautifully restored, modern but cozy, and perfectly sized for a family or even a couple. There's a great little 'backyard' to use if the weather's nice, and it's nestled in a delightful neighborhood for walking. The property is just as listed; it's clean, well-maintained and has all the necessities for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The off-street parking was easy to use and a definite plus. The check-out process was a great surprise - no long list of tasks to complete like we've found in most of our other vrbo stays. I would highly recommend a stay here and we hope to be back soon!
