Was amazed with the house. New modern clean and so well stocked! Jacuzzi was perfect for our days after hikes. Near Costco and Walmart was a plus.

Great price for what you get

Check in was easy and the communication between the host was great. However, when we arrived there was a maintenance worker putting batteries the smoke detectors. Not sure if they were broken or highly sensitive after that because every single time we cooked, even in the microwave, they annoyingly went off. Then we also saw the pool waterslide was under construction. One of the main reasons we booked this house was for that. My kids were so upset! Our saving grace was the hot tub out back but wouldn’t you know it, as we were using it one day, a maintenance worker came through the back to replace the cover. So we had to get out and help him lift it into place. Overall it was clean and comfortable but not a lot of decor and hardly any kitchen supplies.

Great Place!

We loved staying at this location. It was great for our family and pups. The only off putting thing was the amount of dog poop in the yard when we arrived.

Beautiful Ivory home without an ounce of hospitality

Beautiful home in a lovely subdivision, but was poorly furnished and undecorated. We stay in VRBOs frequently and have a number of properties to compare it with. The two master beds were comfortable but the other beds were pancakes with awful, thick, crinkly mattress pads and thin sheets. At this upper end prices, we expect comfortable beds and bedding. We had some family members come watch the presidential debate with us and the couch was uncomfortable and low quality. When we’ve stayed in other homes in this price range, they are pleasantly decorated and comfortably furnished. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality or sense of home in this house. The excessive amount of pages of expectations made my 76 year old husband and I feel like you think we are bed wetting thieves. We paid a hefty cleaning fee but were told to leave the property in the same condition we found it. It’s obvious that you are completely focused on the bottom line with little consideration for providing a wonderful product that will earn you return customers. I would love to give you a fabulous review but the truth is that the property was not pleasant or homey and way beneath our expectations.

Nice property in a nice area

The property is nice and in a really nice neighborhood. The community pool is great and plenty to do close by. The listing is confusing as it says the unit sleeps 22 and allows up to 2 dogs. There is a sign in the home that shows a max of 10 guests by city ordinance and another sign that says a max of 1 dog allowed. These didn’t affect my trip but be aware if you’re planning a large group.

Great family home

House was roomy, clean and comfortable. We couldnt have found a more suitable place. It fit our group no problem. Location was great for our dirtbike adventures.

Last minute get away

We really enjoyed our stay and were so happy to find somewhere that was pet friendly. The property was super clean and was located on a quiet street. Our kids had a lot of fun at the pool and riding the trails located close by. The only criticism is that the couches in the living room were awful, super uncomfortable and seemed cheap compared to the rest of the furnishings.

Beautiful house, great layout

We loved this property. Fit all 11 of us nicely. The layout was nice because the downstairs bedrooms weren’t directly under the upstairs ones in some areas so it was less noisy. Was very clean and in great condition. We loved having the 2 family rooms- one up and one down. They property management company responded to me quickly when I texted them. The only thing we found a little less than perfect was our check in time was at 4 and we came at about 3:50 but could not get in since the locks were time sensitive. Maybe if they could have a window a little earlier to set the locks to work would be nice since we had kids that really needed to use the bathroom at that time. And the locks wouldn’t let me lock the front door when I tried to lock them at checkout since checkout was at 11 and I tried to lock the door at 11:02 but it was passed 11 and they wouldn’t lock. I didn’t want to leave the property unlocked so I had to go out the garage and jump over the sensor. Again, maybe give a grace window on the lock situation. The chairs at the table were very top heavy so you really had to watch the kids on them since they would tip easily. I notified the company about that. We loved the neighborhood and the area was quiet. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you for the house!

Pretty house

Everybody enjoyed the stay, lots of bed and bathroom, huge house. Good house to stay if you are big family like us.We love to stay again.
