Family Business
The property was as advertised on .Vrbo. Excellent location, lovely property and well furnished. Enjoyed it thoroughly. One complaint the bed in the main bedroom needs a new matteress . You could feel the boards on the box spring

Great location. No communication. Inaccurate description of beds
Very Nice location (can walk to metro and coffee) and convenient parking. Beautiful view from balcony but work was being done when we arrived and the scaffold and equipment was all left on balcony/patio plus plants and furniture that all needed TLC. The door handle and sliding glass door were broken. The “twin” bed was like a small cushion for an outdoor lawn chair. My average size teen barely fit so website should not call twin more like baby mattress maybe for a toddler. The master bed was mostly an egg foam crate and my 225lb hubby felt the metal bars underneath him as he slept. I tried 3 times to contact management about the workers on balcony and I never heard back. So I rated this place low overall because for our family trip too many problems to make it worth the cost. So disappointing I never heard from anyone

Great Location for a Stay in DC
The property is great, perfect for a stay in DC. Super close to the Metro station and only a few stops away from all there is to see and do in the area. This location does not appear to be set up for those who have mobility issues. Check in would be a problem as there are no ramps to the key box to grab the key at check in and we did not see any ramps for entry from the lobby to the elevators. A few minor things could be fixed to really make this a stand out property. Both of the balcony's slider door handles were broken. Although they locked, it didn’t make us feel very secure. The main slider was very hard to open. The bed was rough, rough, rough. The metal bars in the box spring could be felt through the very thin foam mattress and thin top pad. A blackout curtain in the bedroom would be a great addition as well. Great communication on check in and check out. Would consider booking again if in the area.

It was everything we wanted
We booked this mainly for the outdoor space. We love to be able to hang outdoors in the evening, it's just an element you don't get from a hotel. The apartment is beautiful, has amazing views of Iwo Jima, the Bells and other nearby landmarks. It's in a very convenient location to coffee, bagels and the metro which met our needs each morning. The complex has a well appointed grocery on the grounds as well which came in handy several times. The location of the apartment is ideal, easy to get to, always 10 to 15 minutes by car if we drove to where ever we wanted to go. Communicating with the management company was great, they were quick to respond. Overall a PERFECT experience for 4 easy going women who wanted a place to enjoy each other's company in a beautiful setting...I would highly recommend. If the little things get to you, it may be an issue. The apartment has quirks that should be fixed, for example, outside handle on the sliding door is broken off. The sliding door starts to stick on the track after the first 10 inches or so (I bought WD40 to try and help it, but it didn't fix the issue). It's those little things that didn't effect our happiness but may others. Overall, I highly recommend!!!!!

Awful bed.
The bones of the place and the location are very good. HOWEVER: Master bath sink stopped up, took several minutes to drain. Handle on door to balcony broken long ago and hanging, difficult to open to go outside. Fan in master bath not working. No t.v. instructions and batteries to remotes were all dead. The company managing this property is not responsive. Even when I called VRBO with a question ahead of time VRBO was unable to get through to the company. Also the company denied receiving my text to report the broken door handle. The lockbox to get in is attached to a fence across the parking lot at the side of the property and took some time for us to find. (Why not just give us a door code?) I think at some point a security guard may spot it and remove it and then the renter would not be able to contact the company to get in. THE BED. It was horrible. It's small, but we knew this ahead of time and are fine with close sleeping quarters. However the mattress dipped in the middle and we spent all four nights rolling into each other. The "box spring" has slats you can feel easily through the very thin mattress. The egg crate they used apparently to solve this problem did not solve it at all. Honestly, we are not that particular and have never had a problem before with rentals, but we were ready to get home to a good night's sleep. My Honey sleeps like a log and complains about nothing, but even he admitted there was a big issue with the bed.

First time as a Tourist
We traveled to DC this past July for a family vacation. I am very happy to say that selecting the Rosslyn turned out to be a great decision for us. The apartment is located within a well maintained complex. The designated parking space is close to the entrance, so we did not have any issues moving our things in. It is conveniently located near the metro. In fact, we did not drive while we were in the area at all. The community is gated, and we felt safe leaving the car behind and walking. Regarding the apartment, it is easy to access. As soon as we opened the door, we knew that we’d made the right choice. The space was quiet, clean, and well lit. The kitchen has all the basics needed for cooking a good meal, and then some. Whomever organizes the space likes to cook, and it shows. There is also a washer and dryer available for use - just be sure to bring some detergent. The master bedroom was cozy with a large closet. There are two baths, and the living room has a sleeper sofa, where my teenage son slept. We LOVED the space and the views. Gina and her team responded very quickly. I would suggest that for anyone booking the unit to keep an eye on your email. There are some post booking instructions that you will need to follow that may not be reflected in the app. Overall, we were extremely happy with both the apartment and the host. Gina, we thank you and your team, and wish Happy Travels Everyone~!

Great place to stay in DC
It was the best, my favorite was the awesome view from private penthouse patio. It is 5 minute walk to Rosslyn Metro station. Did not drive car once we got here. I hope to make it back here, lots to do and see in DC.

Happy times in DC
I stayed here with 2 friends while attending events at Kennedy Center. This condo's location to event couldn't of been any better. One stop on the Metro and we were there. Plenty of restaurants and things to do in Arlington without crossing river. The place was perfect for us and the balcony was a nice added bonus. We hung out there all day before heading to the city and enjoyed the awesome view. Definitely a place to consider if you're going to DC.

Property was in a convenient location, with Metro and restaurants close by. Parking was provided, we parked and walked or took the Metro all over. The building was older but still in good shape. The apartment could use new carpet but all in all worked for our use.

Perfect for short trip to DC
Our group was two older women (one friend had to cancel at the last minute,) So comfortable beds, safe location, easy and free parking and easy quick access to the Mall and capitol were key. This place satisfied all of that. Amazingly the fold out sofabed was extremely comfortable. The walk to the Metro was indeed short and easy. The condo complex even had a little market that was extremely well stocked for what is basically a convenience store with fresh produce, some meat and lots of frozen meals and entrees. There was an ok wine selection with even a decent one on sale. The perks were the lovely décor and art work, the well stocked, if tiny, kitchen and the amazing terrace. While the terrace could use some TLC that in no way detracted from our enjoyment of eating our dinner and sipping our wine as dusk fell. The view is of the Pentagon and airport takeoffs, but from the side terrace is a distant view of the Washington Monument and the dome of the Capitol. All the windows create a sense of spaciousness, but it is a city condo, so probably not comfortable for more than 3 people but would be perfect for a couple or with one child.
