Ubicación perfecta! 3 habitaciones 2. 5 baños con garaje adjunto y no hay necesidad de buscar estacionamiento. Bonito todo más nuevo! Hay 2 cómodas camas queen size y 2 camas individuales, lavadora y secadora, plancha, microondas, secador de pelo, lavavajillas, horno, cocina equipada con gofres, cafetera, Keurig y batidora. Hay detergente para la ropa, jabón para lavavajillas y champú y acondicionador.
También hay un colchón inflable disponible. Asientos de mesa 6 más 2 taburetes de bar. Hay televisión por cable con muchos canales y wifi. Te encantará esta ubicación y lugar. Cerca del Pentágono, NGB, aeropuerto DCA, Shirlington, Crystal City y Washington, DC. El metro de Pentagon City está a 3,2 km. El aeropuerto DCA está a 5 km.

En lo que respecta al garaje y comentarios. El garaje no se adapta a un Escalade, Tahoe ni a ningún otro SUV grande. Se ajustará a un jeep cherokee y Lexus RX, y como SUV o automóvil está bien. Our stay was ok
This is a well taken care of home and nicely decorated. It does have a lot of stairs, three narrow staircases. One from the garage to the main floor, one from main floor to second floor, then one from second floor to a third floor. The master bedroom is on the third floor. Unfortunately, our stay was during extreme high temperatures, in the 90s, making the 3rd bedroom way too hot to use, so one of us had to sleep on the sofa on the main floor. The house is on a very busy street, so there is a lot of traffic noise.

Some good, some bad……enjoyable stay
Overall this was a nice property. Several things were not guest ready. The upstairs bed was not made, there was a request to put trash out, but there wasn’t another bag to replace it (property manager took care of the situation). There wasn’t any extra toilet paper in any of the bathrooms. There was caramel popcorn under the dishwasher, and the filter for the upstairs air conditioner had to be cleaned in order to try and cool the third floor bedroom. Aside from those things, the property is well maintained, the location was easily accessible for our trips to D.C..

DC family visit
The townhouse we rented was exactly as advertised. It was immaculate and comfortable. Its location was convenient to the tourist attractions we visited while we were there, and just a few minutes drive to my relatives who live in Falls Church. Our group included four adults and two children, and the 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms were just right for us. Thank you, Tara, for your prompt response to all our inquiries.

Great Choice for DC Trip
We had a wonderful stay here with our family while seeing the sights in DC. The townhouse was cozy and clean and it felt very nice to come back to a "little home away from home" after a long day out. The two car garage was a big bonus. It took a bit of stress out knowing that we always had a place to park waiting for us when we got home, and didn't have to worry about finding street parking. We came in two cars: one of them just barely fit lengthwise, so keep in mind that a longer sedan may have trouble. There are also three sets of stairs if you want to go from the bottom of the townhouse to the very top, so make sure you are prepared for that. We actually appreciated the separation in floors because it allowed us all to relax at the end of the day, each in our own way (some of us like to socialize at night, while others need to decompress in a quiet room.) The location can't be beat. It's right off the main highway that takes you right into DC, and there are several grocery stores within a few blocks. Two of the bedrooms face the back of the unit, which is very quiet, but one of the rooms faces front where there is a busier road, so bring a noise machine or fan if you are a light sleeper (we always travel with one as a matter of course for this reason!) We drove into the city each day and used the Spot Hero app to find parking garages nearby. All in all a great choice for a place to stay and we would definitely stay again.

Great stay for DC
The property is beautifully decorated and very clean. It was very nice for a long weekend in DC. It does have a lot of stairs. Would not recommend for someone who has difficulty climbing stairs. For those who plan to use the metro there was not a metro station within walking distance.

Best Family Friendly Home
This is the perfect location to stay when visiting DC. The location was the first exit when leaving the city and right off the freeway. We drove in each day to the city and parked at the Reagan Center. Had groceries delivered from Walmart the night we arrived. The house had everything we needed. Pots and pans to cook, space to relax after a busy day and comfortable beds. Loved having 3 bathrooms. Very clean and close to everything! The garage barely fit our Chrysler Pacifica van. So nice to not have to find a place to park!! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay for family DC trip
Great launching pad for visiting DC with family. Like other reviewers said, we could fit our minivan in the garage by parking at an angle. We used spot hero to find parking downtown. Immaculately clean and well-stocked!

Beautiful home
Everything was great. There are lots of stairs so just be aware if anyone has difficulty with stairs. Also no TV’s in bedrooms. But for our needs, it was just fine. The home is very well maintained and everything we needed was provided

Good Base Camp
We spent a week being tourists in DC and this home worked well as our base camp. It was only a 10-15 minute drive into the museums/National Mall. The house fit our family of five well and had the essentials. There were no issues and we never needed to contact the owner. As far as the garage goes, we were just able to fit our Sienna XLE by parking diagonally, so that worked out. We agree with a previous reviewer that the master bedroom on the top floor was much warmer than the rest of the house. We did our best with the fans but a window unit would probably work best.

The home is a short 8-10 minute drive from all DC has to offer which made the trip easy and efficient in terms of getting to all the attractions. The home was clean and the host was easy to get in touch with. I would definitely recommend this stay for families visiting DC.

Great property, and very accommodating property manager! Our trip was originally scheduled for March and I broke my foot three days before our scheduled dates. They were great about working with us and allowing us to shift dates. The property was exactly as described and there was great information available to assist with parking near the museums and monuments!

Very, very nice home but...
The property is lovely. Such a nice job was done on updating it including quality finishes. Clearly the property is very well cared for. The home had absolutely everything we needed down to extra q-tips in one of the bathrooms. Silly me forgot q-tips! Super clean home too! My only complaint is the climate control. It was freezing on the main floor and miserably hot on the top floor which is where the master bedroom is located. I can handle it being cold on the main floor (cute little throw blanket were provided) but sleeping at night was so uncomfortable on that top 4th floor. Mind you we visited in early June so it was warmer weather. A fan was provided but wasn't enough to make it comfortable.

Wonderful place for touring DC and surrounding areas
Our family of 5 spent spring break here. We saw the cherry blossums at peak bloom. We toured many of the museums, monuments, Capitol, and White House. We also did day trips to Harpers Ferry and Mount Vernon. This is a great location that is very fast to get downtown. We parked in all day garages downtown using a parking app to find good rates. The townhouse is very nice and has everything we needed.

Our family of six felt very comfortable during our stay. It was probably the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in. I appreciated all the amenities and close proximity to DC.
