It's a very sweet place and served our needs well. We were glad to have the washer and dryer, kitchen and different spaces to be in. We came very late at night after driving through a heavy rainstorm. It was difficult to find the house, the door and the keys. We were grateful, however, that Christina replied so quickly to all of our many "we're lost" texts. Christina and her husband were both very sweet, lovely people. From where you park your car to the entrance of the space, there is no pavement, so you would have to walk on uneven grass, which could be tricky at night. Overall, the place and the hosts were great, especially location, we'd recommend it!

There’s not enough space to list all the positives! Nice linens! Super comfy bed! Plenty of clean fluffy towels! Super clean! Attentive but not intrusive host! Easy parking! Great location! No details overlooked! Nice stocked kitchen! Easy checkout. If you need to stay in this area, stay here! Perfect for the two of us and we’ll be back!

Great for a short trip
Really enjoyed our time at the property. Clean and orderly.Pretty easy to find, bus stop right outside, though busses are somewhat infrequent. Wonderfully thoughtful welcome, and a communicative host. It’s a little bit of a trek to get to DC/the national mall, but for a budget trip it was perfect.

Great Getaway!
This was the perfect studio for us!!! Our 1st experience with using app instead of staying in a hotel. The unit was clean well stocked with clean linen for bed and bath! The snacks a diner and breakfast food was a nice touch! We did not expect that it felt like all the comforts of home!! The neighborhood was clean and quiet.

Wonderful hosts, great neighborhood
I booked this property for a month long stay for my in-laws and they loved it! Christina and Emilio were very friendly, responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Great location, walkable to some stores and restaurants. We wanted to extend the stay but they were booked solid, for good reason! Would definitely recommend.

Best local option
Such a wonderful place to stay for a DC trip. It was so close to the metro, which made it easy getting to all the best tourist attractions that DC is known for. Such a relaxing area to come back to, after a long day out. If we ever come back we're definitely returning. Also was clean, quiet, and was home away from home for us.

Great Place to stay
This lovely space was better than advertised. It was set up so nice and was convenient to get around the DC area. Bus and Metro were very easy to access. There was a wonderful welcome basket on the counter upon arrival. Christina met us on the first day as we were coming back from the local stores. She made us feel so welcome. We had no issues at all. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Quaint Silver Spring Apartment
We spent a week at this quaint apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood while visiting my son and his family in Silver Spring. The owner’s left a welcome basket for us which was greatly appreciated. The neighborhood was very walkable and safe. Apartment was private, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Christina was wonderful, she was very welcoming when I first arrived and made sure a few days later that I was finding everything to be comfortable and to my liking. The space is large and great for multiple people! Not super far from downtown and sight seeing either She left a sweet welcome basket with some goodies too!

Easy access to get in. Bus stop on corner of street, the bus will take you to the metro rail, which will take you into DC. Owners were very helpful if we needed anything. Safe neighborhood
