Perfect weekend getaway
Terry’s home was amazing! While I was out most of my stay and did not fully get to enjoy all there was to offer, my time at Terry’s place was truly enjoyable. It was extremely clean and the setup was really nice with lots of amenities for guest, such as the coffee station. Terry was an excellent communicator as well for any of my needs or questions. Yes, we could occasionally hear walking upstairs, but it never bothered us. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Amazing!
This was hands down one of the best short term rentals I've ever stayed at! Parking was very easy on the street, the apartment is gorgeous and very clean, there was even a backyard for my dog! I would stay again in a heartbeat, it was the perfect home base for exploring DC and a welcome haven after a long day of visiting museums.

A Great Deal on a Little Space in a Big City!
This basement level, one room, one bathroom space was amazing! It had all the amenities we needed and seemed very spacious even with three of us in the room. There was room to eat, work and just hang out. it was very clean and well organized. It was about a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station and a 20 minute walk from the metro (because a lot of it is uphill). Easy access in and out of the space. Terry was a great communicator and host!

Excellent Accommodations
Very organized and well thought out in terms of what we would need during our stay. Everything was good. Mattress was nice and firm and we felt very secure. The walk to the metro was sketchy but there were plenty of ubers available to get us there safely. Great hosts! I loved the manual to help us acclimate to the studio apartment.

Peaceful and wonderful ammenities
The studio apartment was perfect for 2 adults. It was clean, it had a lot of amenities and little details, which made our stay very pleasant and comfortable. The owners make you feel welcomed and at home. In the evenings we played some of the games available on the premises. It has an air purifier running, which was extremely helpful for my allergies. It was a bit cold in the evenings to use the outside patio (March), but it was beautiful with the lights on in the evening. We went outside just to look at them. We used the Benning Street Metro Station to go to the National Mall and visit monuments, museums, and a few restaurants. The staff at the station were incredibly helpful when we were trying to buy our Metro passes. We visited the Trader Joe's off the Eastern Market Metro station to get a few items to eat and drink at the apartment since there is fridge/freezer unit. It was safe walking to and from the station-we only walked during daytime to be clear. Thank you for making our visit such a pleasant one.

Details
We loved the accommodations and all the attention to detail. There were no questions, unanswered, plenty of specialty items, coffee, candy, games, which really added to the comfort. We loved being able to sit outside and enjoy our dog in the weather I would highly recommend this place to anybody that was very comfortable, and the coast were wonderful.

Responsive, thoughtful, kind
If given a chance, we would definitely choose to rent this space again. The hosts were extremely responsive, thoughtful, and kind, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Although we are unique travelers who travel with our own prepared food and kitchen tools, it would have been great to have more counter space. However, for the average traveler, I imagine that the availability of necessary items would be much appreciated. While a little more cleanliness would have been helpful, it wouldn't stop us from renting again. The maintained temperature was perfect, and our favorite part was the fragrance-free environment with a large air purifier, which was a huge bonus for us.

Valentines adventure
My fiancé and I booked this space to get to know the area and spend some time in the city before our big move. We Loved the space. Terry and Mark was very accommodating. The app wasn’t working so we had to use the website which was not user friendly. Didn’t see that we had to pick the entry code before we got there but Terry was great with helping us asap. Everything in the space was lovely. The attention to detail was top notch. Everything was awesome until our checkout day. You can hear the hosts upstairs which isn’t bad. The last day of check out we were awoken around 8:20 am with loud sounds of vacuuming and cleaning. ( we wanted to sleep in since we used the last night to have some fun on the town but with the noise it wasn’t possible). The neighborhood was quiet for the most part so street parking wasn’t much of a concern. So we opted for street parking oppose to paying $15 to park with the host. We had no problem finding parking on the street unfortunately the morning we were leaving someone side swipe my car in a hit and run. So I left with a damaged bumper, broken tail light, and restless. I would recommend this property to further guests just be cautious with parking.
