We had trouble with the front door passcode & ended up needing to enter through the garage. Also, we discovered there wasn't any hot water. *Thankfully, the property manager was QUICK to respond to our texts. When the service person arrived (within 30 min) to fix the water heater, my husband asked him about the front door passcode. The service person checked it & said we were given an inaccurate code.
Once these problems were resolved, our stay was wonderful! The place was clean & well stocked. The children enjoyed the upstairs gaming system & games in the closet.
*WE LOVED THE PRIVATE HOT TUB & the community pools/hot tubs.
*I'm so grateful the "property managers" were QUICK to respond to & resolve the dilemmas.
