Private property in Warrenton
We had a great stay. Everything was stocked. We were just on the edge of town (Seaside,Gearhart and Astoria) It was very quiet and nice. We definitely would like to come back again. We also went fishing in the pond just down the road and my son caught a few bass with night crawlers. Very happy with our stay.

Quick ocean visit
We truly enjoyed our stay here. We thought we were going to have a couple more of our kids join us, but they couldn’t make, therefore we only used 2 of the bedrooms. There was a lot of space and the yard was amazing, it just kept going and going and going. Our quick stay was perfect! Thank you!

Great little spot!
We were in town running a large event at the Seaside Civic & Convention Center so we honestly didn't spend much time at the house at all, but it was a great little spot with easy access to both Seaside and Astoria. It is a bit loud being right off of Highway 101 but otherwise no complaints. The yard is HUGE and beautiful -- wish we'd had more downtime to enjoy it!

I would have given this property a higher review but really this place is falsely advertising this place as sleeps 8. The bunk beds are in the master bedroom, in a closet with the door removed. So if you wanted a master with privacy you are paying for something you will not receive. It is misleading and I don’t appreciate that.

Five adults, one teenager. Plenty of room to spread around or find some privacy. Beds all comfortable. Kitchen well-stocked, everything worked. Good location, close enough to beaches, Fort Stevens State Park and Astoria. Highly recommend!

Just the right fit! We had a great stay.
Overall the home was everything we needed and more. We only had 5 adults and one child but it was more house than we needed. It was enough for us to have some privacy if needed from family for a short period of time as everyone isn't on top of each other. The master room is huge and has the most beds in that area. Communication with the manager was good and check in was easy! The property is great for hanging out there are many areas just to sit in their mamy options for outdoor chairs. We will stay again if available for our next vacation.

Very Cozy
Our stay couldn't have been better. We came here to have a easy access to the beach and spend time together. Its only a 5 minutes from sunset beach and 15 minutes from shops. Not only did we love the location, but the home itself as well. We couldnt have asked for a more cozy and homey place to stay. Everything is so well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach towels, beach and board games, books, and anything that you could have missed when packing for your trip. We are so thankful for the last 5 days, that this was our home away from home! We will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Kayleen and Arbra

Property was well kept and really well provisioned. Property owner went over and above to set up the house for longer stays and nights sitting by a fire pit making s’mores and memories, we were on a compressed schedule and didn’t get to fully appreciate all the extras. House is in a great location to access Cannon Beach, Astoria and make the drive down to Tillamook.

This house has a great set up for an extended family. We had extended family with children, 6 and 8, the master bedroom was perfect for their family. We were there for Thanksgiving. The kitchen is large and well appointed with pans and utensils. Very comfortable home.

Excellent rental
The house was fully stocked with everything that we needed to cook meals; plenty of condiments; the furniture and beds were clean and comfortable; all appliances TV etcetera worked well. The owner was very accommodating as I had made a mistake on the days and she was able to secure the days that I needed, and was very pleasant about it. Place would be great for kids as there's an apple tree on the property and across the road there are a couple of horses and donkeys that love Apples. The instruction binder on the house was thorough and well done. All in all a excellent place to stay and would encourage people to look into it.
