the house is beautiful and spacious everything was fine, but I could not contact the owner to ask them some questions, but the cleaning of the kitchen needs to improve a little more! the rest everything is fine!!!

Doors were all unlocked when we arrived. One door was actually open. Locking the front door with code did not work. The home had a musty,damp odor. Beds were not comfortable. There was an infestation of tiny black bugs. Kitchen faucet was broken making it difficult to use. Pool water was green. Pool table and most toys were broken. The size was perfect for our family.

50th Birthday Getaway
What an amazing place to stay, was pleasantly surprised at how much the home had to offer with the upper and lower level there was plenty of room for the family to move about and not be on top of each other. The pool was amazing too, the property owners were great and very efficient the one time we had a question they were right there to help us out. Definitely a place we will come back to next year. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we really appreciate it

Horrible experience
Vrbo and the property owner double booked our stay. I had to look for a hotel the night of my trip and had to pay triple the amount. I am waiting for vrbo to get back to me about a refund, doubt I will receive it. But overall horrible experience.

Perfect gateway for families
Us along with 2 other families (11 ppl) rented this property for 3 nights to spend some time in the Adirondack area for fall and we were so glad we found this! It's located jus a little outside of Warrensburg town, perfect for driving to lake George area or North into the Adirondacks! The house was clean when we entered, very spacious and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the play area and the games in the house! We enjoyed using the fire pit and the grill! It was fall and hence we could not use the pool but that would be a great thing for the summer! Glenda was responsive to our messages as well. Overall, really enjoyed our stay at this property.

We really enjoyed the openness of our rental. It had adequate bedrooms and family space for all of us and kids. Great above ground pool, swing set for kids. I would recommend this property for family’s. It is so close to Lake George, but far enough away for a quiet family retreat. Our owners were very attentive. Thank you so much👍

Great Property (few things to note)
My friends and I stayed here for a weekend in Lake George. All in all, this is a beautiful property and the stay was everything we were looking for to have a weekend away. Even with the things I will mention below this was a nice stay for us. The entire inside was renovated. Nice beds/bedrooms, second kitchen area downstairs with pool-table, plenty of room in the living room, good bathrooms and an updated kitchen. There was plenty of space on the deck to hang out and sit. It was nice to have the firepit and the pool was refreshing. Wifi information was provided and easy to find on the table. This property is a bit secluded with only a couple neighbors around on a quiet street. Close to big grocery store and several gas stations very close. Few notes about this property (mostly minor and only one serious). This property and the surrounding area have horrible cell phone service. You have to use wifi for calling and texting but the wifi works great in the property. This property was a bit far from places to order food, some friends had to drive into town to meet up with a pizza delivery guy (not the end of the world but something to note if you order out a lot). I’ve seen people comment about the pool being cold, I would say that is accurate, it was very cold. That said we were at the property when it was 90+ all weekend so we all thought it was great! The pool was very clean. I was surprised not to find any salt, pepper, coffee filters, paper towels, or Lysol wipes. Not that big a deal, but just be ready to buy everything you think you might need (side note: the house had extra soap/toiletries). Serious note,the property adjacent (13 Sweet Road) leaves their dogs outside tied to posts and they barked non-stop (and I mean literally without stopping to breath). To defend this property, this was a fraction of the time we spent outside. Regretfully the communication from the owner was not great. I had messaged, called, texted multiple times leading up to the trip and only got two responses the day before when I asked to check in early and for the door code. I’ve seen the property owner mention they oversee a lot of properties so I can understand running around crazy. We received no check out instructions and nothing was posted in the VRBO portal. We didn’t necessarily need anything (the things above weren’t that tough for us to figure out or remedy) however if you are looking for a property owner that is very responsive, we didn’t experience that.THX!

Stay elsewhere, property manager is dishonest
First, I would like to start by saying that there is truth to every single negative review. We read through the negative reviews and ended up choosing this place because we were booking sort of last minute and it was the only place available that fit all of us. The listing has the incorrect info on the amount of people it sleeps, it shows multiple pictures of the same bedrooms. One of the bedrooms on the lower level had a toddler sized bed. Thankfully we were not at the max number of people so it was still fine for us. The cleanliness is subpar at best, there is dirt in every nook and the master shower is moldy. The basement floor was sticky. Another review mentioned ants which the property manager denied, there definitely are large and small ants everywhere. The pots and pans are rusty and gross. the yard is a dirtpit and the deck gave people splinters. The pool was not clean and freezing cold. The property manager has the worst communication I have seen. I never received check-in instructions and they would not respond to my multiple messages over 3 days, I ended up on the phone with VRBO customer service the entire ride to the location and only after VRBO customer service contacted her did the property manager write back accusing me of never messaging her. It made for a very stressful arrival. When we got there some guy showed up and said he was there to replace mini blinds, we were not told about this and did not feel comfortable letting some strange man into a house full of women and he said he could come back on Sunday when we checked out and we said that was fine. I received a $200 charge 2 weeks after my stay to replace 3 mini blinds. We broke nothing and the blinds throughout the house are cheap plastic $10 blinds. There were no blinds on the master bedroom windows which I assume is what the man came to replace. I messaged the property manager about this and did not get a response so I had to call and spend another hour on the phone with VRBO to open a dispute. We left the house better than we found it, we killed hundreds of ants, started the dishwasher, folded the towels that were in the dryer and started a load of wash to help out the housekeeper. We left all of the floats we used in the pool and paper products we brought with us. This place is expensive and not close to being worth the hassle. The property manager does not respond to any messages once you book and files fraudulent claims against your card.

It was Okay.
It worked for our group of 15. Enjoyed the stay with members from four families and the kids loved the pool. Still, there was a musty smell in basement and beds not too comfortable. Additionally, there were lots of ants downstairs and the egress windows screen would pop out a bit letting flys in. Bring a fly swatter.

The rental property was great. This property was perfect for our group of 18. Our group consisted of 8 adults and 10 children. There were alot of toys/games available and the pool was a real hit. Also used the swingset and fire pit. It made for a very enjoyable weekend.

Vacation Killer!
First thing that you have to know: no satellite connection! (messages will take hours to reach the destination, no phone call at all). Second, it that the downstairs 3 bedroom not acceptable for living! The acoustics from upper very noisy floor and toilet flushes is unbelievable (can wake up dead!). One of the bedroom is, basically, hallway with very uncomfortable beds. Temperature control for both floors is unmanageable to set for comfortable existing. The internet was gone for half of our stay and only one way to connect to the rest of the world is driving more the 20 min from property to have the coverage for your phone. Propane for grill was gone after single use. Property manager could not respond for days. Toilet and bath drain didn’t work properly: refused to accept everything which should be gone for good (you know what I mean). Everything was very wear out condition (pool table just drop balls on the floor, lamps were crooked and fix by the tape). Terrible, terrible experience!!

House was well-prepared for a large group. However, visit was in October and pool was still open, dirty and an eye sore. Pool should have been cleaned if it was still open or closed for the season. Basement needs to have something done to eliminate the musty odor. Manager never responded to inquiry as to how to close the house nor were there any instructions for garbage, recycling, etc.

My group of friends and family of 18 (including a baby) enjoyed our stay of three nights in this home. The house was tucked in with much privacy we needed for our big group. We walked in to a clean, modern, and spacious home just as we expected. The swimming pool was the perfect addition for the kids, and we cooked in mostly and found every cooking tools we needed to cook. Enough of hot water to shower mostly, but avoid to use multiple showers at the same time to avoid slow flow. We learned that out after our first evening. The surprise was the pool table on the lower floor, it was not in the picture. Our big group took turned to play, it’s a great addition, especially in a rainy day which happened all day on our second day. The only thing we didn’t found accurate was the number of beds. We have 18 (the max of people allowed) and we only found beds for 15, so three people had to sleep with sleeping bags, and it was not comfortable especially for three nights, which was upsetting. We looked everywhere in the closest, under the bed, etc. and still couldn't find the rest of three beds we needed as we chose this property which mentioned sleeps 18. We were wondering if the room with pool table (which wasn’t mentioned on the description) was replacing those beds and the property owner forgot to update the profile. The accuracy of information, especially the amount of beds, is very important, as people look forward to have a good rest to be able to enjoy their stay. Please update. Other than that one problem, our group enjoyed the place very much and would recommend this place especially if you have smaller group (max of 14-15 people). We also didn’t bother to contact the property owner, two of my emails prior to arrival were never responded, and my voicemail on the day of arrival was also never replied. We do love the place, but there is definitely room for improvement for communication, accurate information, and instructions.

Not worth the price
I could go on forever with the list of things but isn't worth my time as I will never be going back there again. Just gonna say to bring your own pots and pans because the ones provided are filthy and rusty. Also pool works but only if you like cold water because there is no water heater so it was a total waste of money since the whole reason I booked the property was so my kids could enjoy swimming. The owner may only be 5 minutes away and reachable but does not get the messages for a day at a time to respond.

Great house for a family trip
We, grandparents my siblings spouses and children stayed here for about 4 nights this August. The house was clean and super spacious more than enough room for everyone, we love to cook and we loved having the 2 fridges and the extra space downstairs to play pool. The outdoors was great for the kids they enjoyed the deck, pool and play set. The house was a short drive to downtown lake George we enjoyed many days walking around there. Glenda the property manger was very nice and when we got there a little early she let us come right in while they were cleaning up the outdoors. We would definitely go back.

Anniversary Trip
We enjoyed our time at the home and it offered us plenty of room for our 13 people. Loved the central air. Lots of outdoor seating. The pictures of the downstairs could be updated as the bed layout is different than the pictures but it still worked out well.

Our multi-generational family of 9 enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped for family cooking. The pool was clean and the beds numerous. The manager responded to our pre-trip questions quickly, the check-in was easy and the neighborhood was quiet.
