“Overall very nice. Our 2nd time staying here. All appliances worked fine, no breakdowns. Things to improve upon are a couple more frying pans would have been nice. The shower curtain in the main needs replacing badly. Unfortunate we could not use the fire pit, fireplace, or have a grill to cook on. We really love the place and we will be back ”

“A few hiccups, code to get in didn’t work. Would have been nice to have outside water turned on. Some things like towels and washcloths stained with makeup, dingy and gray, didn’t feel clean. Heat vent in bathroom rusted from overspray of pee next to toilet. Stained dishes that cleaned up after a couple washes. Back step to deck is a significant drop, almost fell twice. “Our family has stayed at Collings Log House multiple times. And we keep returning. Its location is perfect, surroundings serene, the cabin just the right size for us. With multiple visits, we feel like “we’re home” when we arrive. Communication is quick between the management and ourselves when needed. I’m now plotting when I can return….happiest holidays to you and yours. ”

“We had a girls weekend that included mothers and daughters. There was plenty of space for all 10 of us. It did take a while to heat the house and we didn't have hot water for the first half of the stay but property management was very responsive and helped as much as they could. I was a little disappointed as it snowed and nothing was shoveled. We quickly retrieved a shovel and got to work. Overall i would 100% stay here again. ”

“A total of 7 of us stayed at this beautiful cottage while we were enjoying long days at the NFL Draft. The cottage exceeded our expectations. The property is very clean and organized, also exactly as described by the owners. Also, the Owners were very responsive and helpful with our needs with getting to and from the draft. “10/10 for this gem of a property!! Extremely clean, well maintained property, lots of outdoor activities included on-site, and excellent communication. The river is beautiful. My husband and I came here for a getaway which was perfect BUT we cannot wait to return with our two kids who will LOVE this place!! We're planning another trip with friends for next summer already! ”
