Recientemente remodelado 2 habitaciones 1. 5 baños con vistas al mar cautivante! Casa de un solo nivel enclavada en la ladera con vistas al océano Pacífico. Lenguas abovedadas y techos de pino con nudos. Plano de planta abierto con 6 grandes ventanales con vista al mar. Amplia terraza para sentarse y disfrutar de las relajadas brisas del océano en un entorno de bosque tranquilo. Fácil acceso a la playa al otro lado de la calle, frente a la casa, con kilómetros de playa de arena que se extienden al norte hasta Waldport y al sur hasta Yachats.

Awesome location!

All Decked Out in Waldport, OR
My wife and dog and I enjoyed our week at the property. We came from 110 degrees in Las Vegas to 61 degrees in Waldport so virutally everything was different from where we live...the weather, the ocean, the foliage, the seafood, etc. so it was a great change of pace. We especially liked the fenced back yard for our dog to do its business. This was our first VRBO experience and I would strongly consider doing another VRBO rental.It was a very long drive from Vegas, so I don't think I would chose Waldport next time. All in all it was a great experience, and although the property and furniture are older, it was first rate.

Beautiful home to stay in
My sister and I very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The beach was a short walk away and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. I highly recommend experiencing this gorgeous place.

A memorable vacation!
This rental was truly a gem! The neighborhood was quiet and the beach access was amazing. The home was very clean and beautiful with stunning views of the ocean! Location is great as well with lots to explore in Yachats and Newport. This home is by far the best vacation rental we've stayed in, and will definitely be back again!

Perfect location for exploring the Oregon coast
this is our third time staying here and it was great as usual. The house has wonderful views of the ocean and is in a quiet neighborhood . Beach access is super easy, just across the 101, which can be busy but is manageable. Easy access to Cape perpetua and Newport Beds are comfy, great shower and wonderful deep bath tub. House was clean with plenty of supplies. One request, would be a kettle for the tea drinkers. Looking forward to returning

Excellent Service by Property Mngmt.
My visit was during winter which means cold and rainy so outside deck or beach wasn't possible to enjoy. The view, however, is excellent and the property was fairly clean. The house itself was very cold when I arrived and it took a bit to heat with the electric type floor heaters, but once heated I was able to control temperature better throughout my stay. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything I needed. The only negatives were quite a bit of dust under the bed (not good for allergies) and the outside trash cans were full to the rim, so emptying my trash was not possible. The best part of my stay was the service I received from Katy, the property manager contact. She was EXCELLENT!! She addressed all questions and concerns from the time of booking through the end of my stay with professionalism, kindness and efficiency. Any issue I had (including the trash situation) was taken care of immediately. I would stay here again if only for the service of the property managment company.

Comfy house, great neighborhod
We loved this house, it was perfect for 2 of us and our dog with the fenced front yard. The views from the deck and house are breathtaking. We loved being able to walk to the beach. I found the checkout process to be off-putting; to be responsible for doing laundry, dishes, and trash removal after paying such steep cleaning & other fees. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous view
The view was outstanding, the house large and clean. I do wish that I knew before I rented it that the driveway was extremely steep. I hadn't known that it would be a hard climb from the road to the house. I'm a very bad car backer so had to park at the bottom and walk up. I'm 85 and up and down the drive to walk my dog, go to the beach etc was a real challenge. Maybe an addition to the description of the property about ease of getting in and out would help the next renter.

Close to the beach
Very nice property in woods 5 minutes' walk from wonderful beach. Very quiet & peaceful despite being only 100 yards or so from 101. Clean and comfortable for 2 people (family bathroom was en-suite with master bedroom). Lots to do in smallish nearby towns and great scenic beauty. Property was fairly well equipped, everything needed was there although some items had seen better days. The view of the sea through the trees was outstanding and this alone was worth the journey!

This home was comfortable and cozy. I enjoy the open living and kitchen area with large windows that overlook the ocean. If you have a pet plenty of enclosed space outside for the dog to roam, take care of their business and be safe all at the same time. King bed was cozy and comfortable. The living room was comfortable and furniture was easy to move if needed. Beside salt and pepper make sure you bring your own spices to cook with because prices are high at the grocery store.

I'd like to keep this a secret
This is just a very nice rental. It was just what we wanted, a place by the beach where the dog can run and an enclosed yard where the dog can be safe. The house is great with a wonderful view. It's quiet up in the trees. The highway noise is minimal. It's has been one of our favorite VRBO rentals, I'd like to keep it a secret, but I guess that wouldn't be fair.

Lovely well appointed house convenient to beach, Yachats, Waldport
Very clean and well stocked house. No pet smell, even though it’s listed as pet friendly. Lovely ocean view. Short easy walk to the beach. Full suite of appliances and a variety of cookware and utensils. Nice soaking tub. Two shower heads in shower, which was convenient because the chromed plastic handheld shower head broke during our stay. I messaged the rental company but got no response. Not really a problem since there is a secondary shower head in the ceiling. Seamless check in with key lock box near the door. 8 minute drive to Yachats, slightly less to Waldport. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Charming home, wonderful view
This house was a comfortable place to spend three nights in the Yachats-Waldport area. It is located across the highway from the beach with a trail for easy beach access. Great view from both inside the house and the outside deck. We had a very relaxing and pleasant stay. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi router was down so there was no internet. We reported it to the property manager and appreciated getting a partial refund. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Best beach trip ever!
We frequently travel with our two dogs - this is the first place we have stayed that made having dogs east! A wonderful property with fenced grassy yard and huge deck! The home is just the right size, well furnished. Just a short walk to the beach. And sitting on the deck is awesome - listening to the sea

great house! zero communication when we reached out with questions
This house is very spacious and the view is even better in person than in the pictures. Upon checking in I noticed the surfaces (coffee table, corners of floor, and laundry room) had sand and regular house hold dust on them. It made me nervous about how thorough the whole house had been cleaned, but the sheets and towels had been freshly laundered, which is my main concern. This is a pet friendly house, and there is some dog hair in the couch material and blankets. Just the normal amount that doesn't ever want to come out with a vacuum. That is why I gave the cleanliness 3 stars and not more. What I was unhappy most with was that I tried multiple times to communicate with the vacation rental people who manage this property and never got a response. I made my reservations at least 3 weeks in advance. I instantly got a email saying VRBO would not be processing my payment so I need to email my CVV code to the property managers, or call them. It made me nervous to email, so I tried to call. I got their message machine so I left a message for them to call me back so they could process my payment. No call back. I called again the next week and left a message. No one called back. Everything seemed legit, so I went ahead and emailed my CVV code I had used when I book through VRBO. Before I ever booked the place I had questions about the beds and the amount of parking spaces. I sent a message through VRBO and I called and left a message. I think I called about 4 times and left messages, and never got an answer back. For any future travelers, there are three parking spots and a hide a bed in the living room. But we left for the trip taking a chance and hoping for the best. Not something I like to do when going to a brand new place. Finally, 2 days before we left on our trip, payment was processed and we got emailed a confirmation with check in instructions, and check out instructions. To recap. I got notified as soon as I book to VRBO that I needed to send more payment info. I was sent a confirmation and my credit card was charged 2 days before we left. I was emailed check in and out instructions. But I never got any responses to all my inquired. Not my e-mailed one. Not my phone messages. And not my VRBO messages. Luckily there were not issues that had to be addressed. So we had a good time at this beach house.

Great place!
The place was great for my son and my weekend. He probably would have preferred a double bed in the second bedroom rather than 2 twins, but I understand how other wouldn't. The house had a fair amount of privacy. Something I was particularly impressed by was how well appointed it was. The dishes and silverware were clearly a cut above what you usually see in rental house. Strange that it didn't have a microwave, but other than that it had everything. We will stay again.
