“Unit was as advertised. Clean, quiet and private for a condo style developement. The upper swimming pool was amazing. Will stay here again.”

“It was quite near Wailea shopping center so we could walk there every day for coffee, pastries , shopping and an occasional dance show. The unit itself is quiet and has a pleasant veranda with table and chairs for tropical outdoor enjoyment. Overall enjoyed our stay there immensely.”

“We LOVED our stay here. We stayed for 10 days and it was truly the perfect location. Kehei is such a perfect central location if you’re visiting Maui. There was 4 of us and my partner and I volunteered to take the pull out couch and to our surprise it was very comfortable. The place is great for 4 people. It was just enough space and we loved that it came with all the beach essentials! Chairs and an umbrella are superior for a beach day. It was nice to not have to rent those items from local...

“We love Kihei. The Kamaole Sands complex is our go to for accommodations. This condo did not disappoint. The furnishings are comfortable and sturdy, the AC worked great, and the view did not disappoint. ”

“The condo and property live up to the photos. Huge, fantastic location, and great amenities. Stayed here with 4 adults and 2 kids and had a wonderful time. Would absolutely book again. Only negatives were that some of the condo had seen some wear and tear (cabinets missing nobs, etc), and that the check-in and check-out times listed in VRBO are off by an hour (later checkin and checkout than posted).”

“This property is listed as a luxury condo unit…at best I would say it’s adequate. It also says in the description to enjoy your view of the ocean from the lanai there is absolutely no view and no possibility of a view - this is an outright falsehood. I also found the property manager and the owner to be less than responsive and less than courteous to concerns that I raised. I would not choose to stay in this unit again and would likely not stay at any property managed by this property...
