El hogar perfecto, lejos del hogar, alquiler de vacaciones amueblado con todo lo necesario para una estadía memorable. 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, cocina totalmente equipada. Esta unidad puede dormir seis, recientemente remodelado y actualizado a la perfección! Cada dormitorio tiene su propia televisión de pantalla plana. Wi-Fi está disponible en todo el condominio. El complejo cuenta con piscina, jacuzzi y una preciosa zona de barbacoa. A pocos minutos de algunas de las playas más hermosas de la isla.



El campo de golf Waikoloa Village, diseñado por Robert Trent Jones Jr., el driving range, putting green y clubhouse se encuentran a sólo 5 minutos a pie, con descuentos disponibles para aquellos que se alojan en el condominio. La piscina comunitaria, dos pistas de tenis, y un maravilloso bibliobús están adyacentes, junto con un bar informal y parrilla. Otros seis campos de golf de clase mundial se encuentran a 30 minutos en automóvil. A week-long stay with kids.
We traveled to the Big Island with our 4 kids, ages 7-18, for a week. We’ve been to the other islands many times and stay in a VRBO wherever we go. A few points for those traveling with families: 1. This property is 20+ minutes from any swimmable beach but is in a convenient location if you’re looking for a home base for seeing both sides of the island. 2. This is the first Hawaiian “family friendly” property that didn’t have any sort of complimentary beach gear provided. Typically, we have access to a few chairs, boogies boards and/or snorkel sets or beach toys. I emailed ahead of our arrival and was assured they would provide some of these items; unfortunately, they did not. A manager called us 2 days after we arrived to offer to help connect us to a rental company but we’d already rented them ourselves. 3. The property was not as clean as we expected. The front entry had someone’s dirty shoes stacked at the door. The master bath did not appear to have been cleaned since the last occupant and smelled very strongly of urine. I cleaned it myself the first day to get the smell and the hair out. 4. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prep meals and snacks. 5. The room AC units were very helpful in the evenings as it got very warm. Overall, a good price and location with some pluses. Definitely room for improvement in cleanliness.

Enjoyed our stay
Good, corner unit. I was able to open the windows of the master bedroom at night with a nice breeze and complete privacy. The condo did heat up some in the day so, without AC that came in handy. Everything was clean and well-stocked. We would definitely consider another stay in the future.

Nice place / But beware of bugs
Overall the property is nice. It has everything you need. The only thing that ended up causing us to leave and book at a hotel was a lot of bug bites. There are a lot of ants at this property, and I think it was probably the ones biting us in bed. Everyone in our family got bit all over our bodies, under our clothes while in bed, and our infant baby had gotten bit too. I am hoping they will refund us for the nights after we left, but still waiting on a response for that.

Nice and clean place. Convenient location with nearby restaurants and grocery store.
The condo was nice, we didn’t spend much time in it. We spent the days traveling and on the beaches. We were only there at night to sleep. Beds and bathrooms were clean. Kitchen was adequate for making meals. Only the sofa sleeper wasn’t too comfortable. Otherwise it was just what we were looking for.

Good but far
The condo was great. It was clean and everything was in order. Surprised to find snorkels and a boogie board in the closet. The only negative is the drive to town but if you go to the beach/shops at Waikoloa Beach that isn’t a problem. I would recommend this to anyone.

Summer Vacation
We had an amazing stay! It was the perfect location for us, there's a grocery store and gas station, very convenient! The decor is homey and gives you that island feel. Very quiet complex. My only complaints are there is no AC, ceiling fans and stand alone fans, luckily we had awesome weather, cool breeze so we left the sliding door and windows open at night. The other issue we had was the parking stall. We had an SUV rental and there's a medal column in the stall so the back of my SUV stuck out farther than I wanted it to.

We loved the condo! The host Tiphany was amazing! She replied all our questions immediately and was very polite. The condo decorated in Hawaiian style with a good taste. The place has everything you need. The location is perfect:close to the supermarket and beaches. We'll come again for sure! Mahalo!

Clean and Quiet
We just came back from staying at this condo for 6 nights of a 14 day trip to the big island. We chose this condo because it accommodated our family of 6 and was reasonably priced with a pool and hot tub on the property. Parking was available in visitor spots only as the designated parking spot already was being used. The pool and hot tub were not real close to the condo but a short walk and you were there. It was newly remodelled and the neighbouring condos were all quiet. I would stay here again for sure.

Peaceful
A very peaceful stay at this wonderful condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The pool and hot tub were excellent and only a short walk away. A suggestion would be to provide a small packet of coffee and maybe some fruit. That could be very thoughtful for folks who arrive exhausted late at night. We would certainly stay here again when we come back to the big island.

Good location, quiet, comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Only two drawbacks: 1 - you don't have an assigned parking spot. You have to hope you catch one of the few spots labeled "open" or park on the street. But not a huge deal. 2 - internet is slow (looks like DSL) and speed can vary from almost none to good.

It was a beautiful, clean condo in a quiet gated community. The management staff were great. They provided us with 2 extra fans to cool off the unit on our first day. Once the evening breeze came in it was wonderful sleeping weather! I would definitely stay there again.

Great accommodations! I wanted for nothing.
The ONLY inconvenience was the parking. The assigned parking really should be designated for the tourist. I called # per instructions twice for parking permit. Received no return call. And was threatened twice to have car towed. Once by next door neighbor when I simply walked to locate apt. Even with permit you still searched and search for avail. Spot for visitors. I’m sure owner was parked in designated spot for condo. Leaving me to walk with groceries or after a long day touring. Other than that great great stay!!

Clean, quiet(except for hedge trimmers), close to amenities, cooler than down at the beach.
The property was as expected - very nice. The beds were comfortable, the fans kept the place temperate, and the decor was thoughtful. I did miss a standard coffee maker - the one cup at a time keurig was not practical. The geckos were impossibly cute. The birds were impossibly silly attacking their reflection in the exterior windows every morning.
