Beautiful condo in a great location!
This condo seemed very clean and recently remodeled, and had everything we needed plus a lot more. The views and sound of birds from the balcony was great. The pool and jacuzzi were beautiful, and we had them all to ourselves most of the time. This might sound silly, but I loved the countertop in the primary bathroom. As I am writing this, I wish I was still there!

Wonderful place to stay
We have been to the big island several times. Waikoloa is definitely our favorite area. The entire resort area itself is beautiful with several nearby sandy beaches and calm water. Our unit at the Vista Waikoloa was exactly what we wanted, up to date, roomy, a short walk to beautiful ABay and to the shopping centers and restaurants, a warm pool and 2 hot tubs, and very few people. I don't see how anyone could be disappointed. The hosts were very responsive, each time getting back to us within a few minutes. Definitely a 5 star place all around, down to the beds and linens!

Mother-daughter trip
A little "hiccup" when first arriving, with getting in the front door, but the owners were quick to respond/help. It was very spacious and we had a beautiful view! Nice walk to the beach area. We appreciated the beach towels/supplies that were included. We loved our time in Hawaii and if we ever return, we would see if this place is available! Thank you so much Tracy and Carmine!

Unforgettable Views and Comfort at Vista Waikoloa
This was our second trip to the Big Island of Hawaii. After extensive research, we chose this condominium in Vista Waikoloa for its location, view, size, and cost. Upon arrival, the room exceeded our expectations, even more impressive than the photos. The view from the living room was breathtaking, with gentle hills leading to the coast, the sparkling Anaehoomalu Beach, and perfectly placed palm trees creating a serene resort atmosphere. The unique top floor view made us feel we had made the right choice. On the lanai, we were soothed by the sound of rustling palm leaves and birds chirping. The interior was equally impressive, with elegant and spacious furniture. The sofa, dining table, bed, and bathroom layout were ideal. The tasteful furnishings and Hawaiian-themed decor added to the charm. We visited various tourist spots on the Big Island during the day but always looked forward to returning to the condominium in the evening. We enjoyed walking to see the luau show at Kings' Shops after dinner and spending leisurely mornings at the nearby beach. The location was excellent, providing convenience and beauty. Additionally, when minor issues arose, the owner was very responsive via email, ensuring a worry-free experience. Overall, our stay at Vista Waikoloa exceeded our expectations. We would definitely return to this condominium on our next visit to the Big Island for its perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and stunning views.

So lovely
We love the Waikoloa Beach area for its convenience and recreational opportunities. The two bedroom two bath condo property was everything we had hoped for and more. The property was clean, well stocked and spacious. This unit can easily accommodate two couples very comfortably. The kitchen and baths were stocked with many items not usually included, very thoughtful all the way around. The lanai is very large and the views of “A” Bay the the tree canopy from the third floor is just exquisite! The host and property manager were very responsive and accommodating to us during our stay. The whole week was relaxing and revitalizing. We will definitely book this property again if we get the opportunity!

Great stay in Waikoloa
We really enjoyed our stay in Tracy and Carmine's condo and their good communication! They are wonderful to work with. Thanks so much for everything! The condo was even nicer than described, spacious, and is in a beautifully landscaped and quiet area. We especially liked being so close to A Bay, as well as all the stores and restaurants. We were within walking distance or a quick two minute drive. We hope to return in the future.

Terrific stay in Waikoloa!
We have been to Hawaii several times over the years and absolutely loved our stay here. The pictures on line look nice but it's much nicer seeing it in person. Beautiful place! The owners have done a terrific job with decorating the place, a mixture of modern and Hawaiian. Everything is carefully laid out making the stay very nice. All the beach gear you need is here, and the lanai is so pleasant! We had a great stay and will try to return some day. Aloha!

Resort Property
The dirty sheets and towels were on the floor. And the key was not in the lockbox. We did laundry, made the the beds and enjoyed the res of our trip. My cleaning deposit was refunded. Everyone was happy.

Excellent Condo in Great Location
We loved this property. It was perfect for a family with small kids and in a great location next to A-bay. The balcony and palm trees outside were fantastic at night. The host also anticipated everything we needed. Truly excellent.

Great stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is really well located, a pretty short walk to the beach and the two shopping centres (King's Shops and Queen's Marketplace). The onsite pool was good and it was nice to have access to the fitness centre. The condo itself is nicely appointed and is really comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked (a refreshing change from some VRBOs we have stayed at). It was great to watch the sunsets from the lanai. The condo also comes with all the beach gear you need (umbrella, chairs, snorkel gear, coolers etc.) which was great. If you stay here you won't be disappointed.

What a view!

A very nice condo complex with beautiful views from the large lanai,. Located in a great spot in the Waikoloa area with every kitchen amenity,beach chairs, snorkels, coolers,etc. 🌴Highly recommend!

Great Stay at Vista Waikoloa
We had a great stay in this unit at the Vista Waikoloa. The condo was well maintained and beautifully decorated. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen and beach supplies. It felt homey with plenty of books to read and games to play - very nice. The view of A-Bay from the lanai is great and it was also nice to see the stars at night. We have stayed in a few other units there and this one might have just become my favorite! I hope to return. I enjoy the pool and grounds - we even spotted a wild turkey this trip. Thank you for sharing your lovely space.

Great Condo!
Wonderful apartment with thoughtful details (beach chairs, towels, guide books, games) made for a very relaxing stay. Great view, breezy with lots of light, needed AC only for a few hours. Very accessible to beach and local restaurants. A bit of a drive to Kailua-Kona, but that might be what some want. Prompt and courteous communication from owner.

Felt like home but better
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was spacious and had a nice large balcony. We got to use the beach bags that were provided, beach chairs and umbrella (which was a must for us), cooler and beach toys. It had everything we needed and more. The owner was helpful and responded quickly when I had questions. The only minor thing was trying to figure out how to use the dishwasher, as there was a timer set. But we got it to work after a few attempts. Some instructions might be helpful :) There are shops and a beach within walking distance, which was great too. I would love to stay here again.

Great Stay with Family
Had a wonderful time in the condo. Very well equipped for our stay. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing beach experience as well as everything we needed inside the condo. Accommodations for 4 but it was so well stocked we would have served a few meals before having to run the dishwasher! Tons of pillows and linens. It was great. Extremely spacious for our family if 4 (2 adults and 2 teens). Waikoloa was a great location for exploring all over the island. Enjoyed many of the nearby beaches and eateries. The complex was really quiet, I’m not sure we had neighbors next or below us.
