“We have been going to BI every year for 12 + years, we stay in the same complex Waikoloa Villas but in different condos depending on who's going. This complex is great for 30min from everything..Kona/ Waimea for shopping close to great beaches and the excursion in the area are great. Golf is outside your front door It's a little quieter not a lot of night life if that what your looking for. Have a great time where ever you stay.. ”

“Although not on the beach, several beaches are easily walkable, and many within short driving distance. Pool area was clean and quiet. Restaurant choices were plentiful within walking distance.Condo was well maintained, clean, and had a delightful shaded afternoon view. Overall great vacation!”

“Wonderful condo - patio was our favorite. We also love the community pool with food/bar overlooking the ocean. Whale watching. Right next to the Golf Course. The grounds are beautiful. Nice quiet area. The condo had everything we needed. We have stayed two times in this condo and now it's the only place we will stay when we come to Kona.”
