Being right on the beachfront and watching the waves crash from the lanai is the best part of this property. Unfortunately that’s where the positives in this review end….the interior of this condo leaves a lot to be desired. When other reviewers stated that there was quite a bit of deferred maintenance they were not exaggerating. Several lights (overhead, lamps and kitchen) were out, coffee maker didn’t work/broken, toilet handle stopped working 1/2 way through, bed was so bad dear hubby had lower back pain for days, overhead fans were very weak and the bedroom one made a weird squeak noise the whole time, broken slats on front door’s lower window, no fan in the bathroom, fridge door handle gone and both fridge and freezer smelled fishy, dishwasher didn’t work properly, and lastly surfaces were pretty dusty/dirty. Oh, and be aware there’s limited toilet paper and paper towels to be used and both soap dispensers had been watered down so they didn’t have to refill them before our arrival. We knew this place was a bit dated, but we were in town for a funeral, not a vacation so we needed something available in short notice and that was as affordable as we could find. In hindsight I would’ve definitely spent the extra $20-30 per night to have stayed at a different condo on this property. We really enjoyed the location and many other condos have been renovated with better amenities.
