4D Guest Ranch está ubicado en 400 acres de colinas onduladas y boscosas con aventuras en cada esquina. ¡Tiene 300 animales salvajes para que nuestros huéspedes puedan ver y fotografiar! Gemsbok, cebra, búfalo de agua, alces, varias especies de ciervos, antílopes, ñus, Texas Longhorn, caballos y más. Hay 3 estanques surtidos que tienen bagre, branquias azules, boca grande y lubina blanca. El barndo es un lugar rústico y elegante increíblemente único para alojarse. Cuenta con 5 habitaciones y 3 baños completos. El maestro recién agregado ofrece una cama king size. 1 habitación tiene 2 juegos de literas, una de tamaño doble y otra de tamaño completo. Las otras 2 habitaciones tienen camas queen size. El quinto dormitorio tiene 2 juegos de literas dobles. Es un granero real que ha sido modificado para ser una casa. Las puertas de barra de metal originales permanecen en el lado izquierdo por su belleza. Las habitaciones del lado derecho tienen puertas corredizas de madera para mayor privacidad. Hay una cocina completa, una gran sala con un comedor y una sala de estar con muchos asientos cómodos y un televisor de pantalla de proyección de 110 '. También hay un amplificador Harmon Kardon para música blue tooth. Está decorado maravillosamente con funcionalidad y comodidad en mente. Family Summer Trip
We wanted a new experience and we got it. We truly enjoyed riding on the Mule on the property and spotting wildlife, the kids got so excited. The space was plenty big enough for 4 adults and 4 children. I do wish the property had a bit more shade especially for the summer months. The Barndo got warm in the summer sun, but they had plenty of fans and it wasn’t bad. We did come across some scorpions but that’s to be expected with the heat. I wish the pool cues were better, all but 1, were missing the tips making them unusable. Overall it was a fun trip!

It's a barn out in the wild
Would any one in my group stay here again? Probably not. One family that stayed with us (although a little high strung) left a day early because their child and them could not sleep well due to the soft bed and the ac not working well. fine for the rest of us for the most part but not something you expect from a highly rated rental. Their main issue as well as everyone elses was that aside from the master br and 2 bathrooms in the back, the main living area and all other bedrooms run warm. The front most bedroom ac wall unit did not work well. The two open ceiling rooms with bunk beds on the other side have no ac directed in to those rooms and only have a ceiling fan. Main living room when we first checked in was extremely hot in the 80s. Host stated they forgot to turn on the ac and because it was the hottest time of the day to just bear with it... Second day was a little better but still warm. There's 4-5+ standing fans for you to use also...so I assume its well known. It's a barn and you should already know that going in. Floor is hard concrete, and although the entire place felt fairly clean, because it was a barn and had that rustic feel it also didn't feel clean at the same time... definitely did not feel comfortable walking bare footed. Insulation was dangling You will be lucky to have slow internet on your phone and it is dependent on where you are situated in the home. Although wifi is stated as available, we were unable to connect anywhere inside or outside.

Great place to disconnect and fantastic night sky view
My family spent 3 nights for a holiday break at the Barndo and had a great time. With 3 bathrooms, plenty of beds, and large amount of open space and seating for all seven of us, we enjoyed some time away from the holiday shoppers with quiet surroundings and nice night sky visibility. The 6-seater mule was a hit and we explored the grounds daily to see the livestock, ponds, and various deer and birds in the area. The kitchen was well stocked with gear to prep our Thanksgiving meal as well as a large dining table which provided more than enough space for our crew. Unlike most rentals, there is no keurig, just drip machine. Bring a telescope! We had a fantastic view of a meteor shower and had fun playing “spot the starlink satellites” over a campfire with s’mores. Things to keep in mind: I do not say “disconnect” lightly as a description. Internet access is minimal (email and texting access at most via guest WiFi at roughly 4-5Mbps download speed max). I highly suggest downloading offline maps of the area since cell-service is limited to one bar at best, if you have any signal at all. We had some delay to our arrival time and found it very challenging trying to find the front gate after sunset. The same is true if you want to play your own tunes; download your playlists in advance. All of this aside, our stay was a nice break from the all too often social media and news overload. If you really need some TV time, the DirectTV option offers plenty of stations.

Loads of Fun
Our stay was nothing but fun! Too many rides in the pasture to count! Exotics seen on every ride. Fishing provided many fun catches! Swimming, outdoor fire pit with smores, games of pool and foosball. Comfortable indoor living area. Comfortable outdoor seating. Plenty of room for large party to spread out in. Nothing but good to say. Surprised by supplied water, ice and wood! Everyone in our party left talking about wanting to return!

Great time kids!
There was something for everyone, fishing, animals, swimming, tv's. Renting the mule to explore the land and animals was the best. Our grandkids loved it. It is a farm with animals, so bring fly traps for the patio area.

Family Vacay
There are some safety issues that need to be addressed. Family member tripped over ledge leading into bedroom and required stitches. These ledges need to be clearly marked to avoid future accidents. We know that this is in the country and that there will be insects, but not inside. There were several scorpions and carpenter bees were coming out of the walls, especially in the middle bathroom. Also, the description of the ranch specifically said that there were 3 stocked fish ponds to enjoy, when we arrived we were told that only one pond was stocked with catfish only. Grandpa was really excited to take his grandkids fishing but was very disappointed that the types of fish listed on the ad were not available. Overall we enjoyed the family time together and the kids enjoyed the pool and seeing the animals.

Summer 2023 ! Lets get the party started
Family time is important , its value is priceless & the memories you create together are forever ! The Barndo was perfect size for my family ( 13 of us total ) , it was clean , comfy and unlike anywhere we have stayed before. The ranch is beautiful , spaceous & for city peeps like us gave us a true taste of country life , We Loved it !!!!!! If i could rate this property a 10 I would. Pool is clean , not to big but had enough room for all of us. BBQ grill & Fire Pit were used daily , porch has dining table , tv with comfortable viewing. As the sunsets Horses , Donkeys , Sheep & other annimals come down the road , the grandkids enjoyed seeing them everynight. Even saw an antelope sprinting down the road at night. Renting the ATV was great choice which allows you to view entire beauty of ranch and all the wildlife . We use VRBO multiple times a year because we have had great experiences together. This trip , This stay at the Bardo at the 4D Guest Ranch tops the list . Carrin & Ranch workers were great , true country hospitality , From my Family , Thank You Thank You !!!!!!!!

Great times on the ranch.
The accommodations were outstanding. We had great service and supplies. Ronnie, was always helpful. The children loved the swimming pool and all the animals. Driving the gator to see the animals is a must if you go. We had a marvelous time and would like to go again.

Hidden Gem
The experience at the 4D Guest Ranch far exceeded our expectations. The property was wonderful and peaceful. Plenty of space for the 14 of us. The host had a welcoming basket waiting for us and Ronnie met us upon arrival just to say hi and let us know he was there if need be. It was the perfect getaway and we couldn't have asked for a more phenomenal weekend. We will definitely be back.

Country Escape
Wow! My expectations were exceeded with this little piece of Yellowstone in Texas. If you are looking for some outdoor fun for everyone- this ranch is for you. The barndo was a rustic dream! Our group fished, visited with animals, explored via atv, roasted marshmallows, and fired off at gun range. We will be back for sure. Thank you 4D!

Nice spot to get away. Our kids really enjoyed feeding and seeing all the animals. The ATV rides were great and the barndo was clean and very well stocked for all the cooks. The HEB is a little less than 30min away so not too bad. Beautiful country!

Fun, relaxing, bonding time with family
We had a small family reunion between my husband's parents and his two brothers and families (13 in all counting babies.) The house was a perfect fit for our group and the kids especially liked the bunk beds in the horse stalls. We had everything we needed to cook our meals and enjoy our time. The kids (and adults too) enjoyed seeing all the animals and even getting to give them treats. Running around the property in the ATV was also a huge hit, and we had a fun morning doing a little target practice with our firearms. Ronnie, the property manager was great in helping us have the best time. Overall, we had a relaxing, enjoyable time being together. There are enough fun activities to keep from being bored, but there was plenty of time to talk and laugh and be together. Reunion goal achieved! Be sure to do all your grocery shopping prior to coming out, as it is a 30 min drive to the nearest H-E-B. We had plenty of room to store everything in the large fridge and separate drink fridge. I encourage you to book your stay here if you are ready for some time away out in the country with your closest friends or family. Our only complaint was the sore in our sides from laughing so much.
