Perfect Location for Convenience to All Things Waco!
This was the perfect little place for my friend and I to go enjoy a weekend girl’s trip. The carriage house is super close to everything! We Uber’d everywhere and had an easy time getting picked up and dropped off throughout the duration of our stay. The little house is cozy & had everything we needed. Andy was very communicative & friendly. He even gave us some great suggestions for good eats! We would definitely stay here again. :)

Great Location and Easy!
The owner, Andy, was super helpful right away as he messaged me ahead of time on how to check in and once we arrived he was kind enough to show us around the place and gave us some recommendations of where to eat around town. He was great with communication and let us know that he was available if we needed anything or had any questions. The actual property itself was really nice too, and matched the name, as it was very cozy and comfortable. Everything was very clean and was easy to use. No complaints at all from us, highly recommend!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway
From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the quaint and inviting atmosphere of this lovely property. The carriage house itself is adorably decorated and impeccably clean. The location is a major plus. The property is conveniently situated near all the major attractions in Waco, yet it feels wonderfully secluded and private. We appreciated the easy access to local restaurants, shops, and the famous Magnolia Market, all while having a quiet retreat to return to. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Overall, our experience at the Cozy Carriage House was exceptional. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in Waco.

Enjoyed “Cozy”!!
My daughter had an event she attended our first evening so I entertained myself with the Waco picture history books! It was great! We had everything we needed or wanted. The very rainy next day Andy met us with umbrellas which we greatly appreciated. We didn’t get to enjoy the patio due to rain. Such a comfortable place to stay! Thank you!!

It was definitely cozy! Great space, attentive host, perfect little get away spot. It is only accessible by stairs, so make sure you don't keep forgetting things in the car like us! I would absolutely stay again.

This Cozy Carriage House was very cute, clean and full of history/photo books about Waco history. Our host, Andy, was very pleasant and the room was great. The way he remodeled the room(s) was both quaint and quirky which is a nice change from “standard” hotel rooms.

Cute Carriage stay
The carriage house was perfect for our anniversary weekend. Very clean, had everything we needed. The host lived next door and was great which helped us feel secure. The neighborhood was concerning at first but no one bothered us at all. The other neighbors were friendly. Dogs do bark at night But they only bothered me. Husband slept like a baby. We will plan to stay again.

Great, clean stay
Property was well equipped, and just as pictured. Possibly the cleanest bathroom in all of Waco. Comfortable and in a quiet part of town. Convenient to Waco's biggest attractions. Andy was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Perfect Stay
This was a great VRBO for our Mother/Daughter getaway! The location was perfect for visiting the Magnolia area, the Castle was pretty much right around the corner. Andrew was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

Adorable house!
The carriage house is so adorable and so well set up! I loved everything about it. Communication with Andy was great. It's on a quiet neighborhood street and it was so quiet at night, I appreciated the peaceful sleep.
