“This property sits right on 2 side-by-side golf courses and it is just perfect. The front view of well manicured lawns of the golf course, and the excellent decor, including golf memorabilia, make this a quiet and welcoming place to stay. With three bedrooms, a patio with umbrella table and comfy seats, and two living room rooms, there’s plenty of space to stretch out. The place is great, and the owners are great! “This home has been remodeled with meticulous attention to detail and all new, high end appliances and central heating / cooling. It is a beautiful space with a king bed in the main bedroom and smart TV's in both bedrooms. The bathrooms are gorgeous as well. There is an abundance of paper goods for kitchen and bathrooms as well as trash bags and cleaning supplies, laundry detergent etc. The yard is private and restricted to this unit. I found the description slightly confusing in its mention...
