“The property is showing its age, but the room was in great condition and the bed was very comfortable. When I arrived the pool was murky, but by the time I left the water was crystal clear. The gym area is not great, no A/C, but if you're willing to sweat it out, it'll work ... I used the treadmill for an hour and was soaked when finished. Overall this hotel served its purpose and I will use it again.”

“5/6 nights. Unlike other countries (e.g. Mexico) that I felt obliged tipping staff members, in here staff members are somewhat shy receiving tips which makes me wanting to give more. Almost all staff members we dealth with are polite, respectful and nice. They clean the pool each day in the morning. We enjoyed watching the monkeys randomly visiting the balcony, they visited us once. I will surely recommend this place to friends and officemates for holiday. ”

“I stayed twice at the Ramos Tower City Suites on my recent holiday and had stayed there in previous years as well. This time around there were a few issues with the rooms I had, problems with Air Con, a door that wouldn't lock,a toilet that broke,a jammed window blind and wi fi that only worked sporadically.
