“The Red Dog Cottage is second to none! It is more beautiful than the pics show! The owners are wonderful and provide the best hospitality. We had such a fun time riding trails and coming back to the cottage to relax and unwind! Highly recommend staying at the Red Dog Cottage!”

“We enjoyed our stay. The house was about a half-hour drive from the main visitor center in New River Gorge National Park. Two very nice state parks were also within a relatively short driving distance. We used the full-size kitchen for breakfast and dinner. It was nice having a dishwasher. The kayaks and fire pit were a lot of fun. ”

“I originally booked the cottage for my husband and me but he had a death in the family and couldn’t come. I took a good book with me and mostly relaxed. The cottage is well appointed with everything you need. It also has wonderful curb appeal and dedicated parking. Elinor communicates comprehensive information so you’re never left in the dark about any aspect of your stay. I definitely will be booking again in the future. ”

“My family and I had a great stay. It was a very convenient location to the Pinnacle trail head. There was a gas station down the road and a few restaurants/bars within walking distance. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable, overall we had a great stay. Kevin was very responsive and answered all my questions within 24hrs. 🙂 Just some FYIs that are left out of the listing, but not deal breakers for some: -there is no access to the downstairs from the top floor, you have to go outside...
