“Michelle was VERY welcoming and quick to respond to all our questions. The house was very clean. The welcome basket was very much enjoyed. The furnishings were very stylish. It was very well stocked and we appreciated that the linens and necessities were all provided! It was definitely one of the nicest places that we have stayed and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!”

“We spent our Family Thanksgiving in the house. We had family members stay next door in Tree Top as well. Our family is spread from NC to MD and we decided to meet in the middle in Va. It was a great stay. ”

“Overall the location was good with river access on a great stretch of the river. Be ready for 72 stairs down a very steep hill to get there so not very accessible for elderly and guests with physical limitations. House is old and outdated. Overall clean but listing is misleading. Hot tub was empty upon arrival and appeared very old and non operational. Found bees nests around entrances, some active. “This house was perfect for our weekend needs. My daughter got married at the venue that shares this property. The house was big enough to hold all the bridesmaids and some of their husbands too. It was lovely having all the girls in one location to bond and enjoy time away together. It was also nice to have them so close to the venue and able to get ready in one central location. It met our needs perfectly. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!”
