“Group of 7 of us stayed for an business strategy and planning retreat. The house is spacious with many comfortable rooms and three really nice group gathering areas. From housing perspective, it was perfect for us and we never felt tight or cramped. Access to Old Rag parking was 10-12 minutes, and maybe 25 minutes to Shenandoah Nat Park Entrance, but easy. 15 minutes to Sperryville. This is is country. There is wifi at the house, but as a group we found cell coverage very spotty and wifi...

“House was easy to find, level spacious parking and had enough room for good adult /kid separation. From my kids “Amazing hot tub & game room”, “really fun pool table & darts”. I was skeptical at first with the extent of decor but the house surpassed expectations. It was clean, comfortable bedding, well stocked kitchen and toiletries. Super convenient to Bryce Resort. Looking forward to rebooking next year.”

“We were in town for my daughter‘s college graduation. I had family coming in from Pennsylvania and Iowa and this property was perfect for our gathering! We went fishing in the pond, roasted hot dogs over the fire, and sat in the hot tub. The lodge was very large and there was more than enough room to socialize and celebrate. The lodge is beautiful and the grounds were peaceful. I highly recommend the lodge!”

“Wanted a large home for extended family to stay for son's wedding at a winery down the road. Venue was amazing! We hosted the wedding rehearsal dinner there for approx 40 people. Tons of space to set up the buffet in the large dining room. Cindy set up tables for us in the main hall. It was perfect! Cindy was always available to help and answer any questions. Caleb responds within minutes to any question you may have. The community where the house is located is safe and welcoming, and there is plenty to do if you enjoy hiking, exploring caves, or just hanging out at the property with your family.
