Esta increíble casa de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños en Lakefront pasó por una renovación de 200K en 2016. Los mejores acabados son evidentes en todo momento. A 1 milla de la autopista interestatal ya minutos de la playa o del centro de la ciudad, esta ubicación es ideal. A esta casa no le falta nada. Hermosa pantalla en el porche para disfrutar de un libro mientras observa las aves en el lago. Por la noche, la iluminación del paisaje en la parte delantera y trasera le da un toque tan elegante. No hay duda de que desearía poder quedarse más tiempo y guardar esta casa para regresar. No tuve nada más que los mejores elogios cuando tuve un invitado en solo una habitación, pero ahora que me mudé, es una oportunidad para tener esta increíble casa para que la disfrutes con tu familia o amigos.

Very comfy and welcoming. Great floorplan
We were in town for a pool tournament. Four couples shared this rental, mostly used as a crash pad as we stayed at the pool hall many long hours. The house was welcoming and comfortable, great layout with the great room and plenty of comfortable bedrooms. The back yard and porch were great w views of the small lake. Rod was easy to work with.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lakeside property. It was very spacious and the perfect fit for our family. The house was in close proximity to the interstate and the mall. The host was responsive and very easy to work with. We would definitely stay at this beautiful home again.

Family Fun On The Lake
Our family had an amazing time in this home. It worked for our large family. Rod was very accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. The large backyard oasis was the highlight. The deck over the lake was a huge bonus. Kids played in the lake EVERYDAY.

Executive Stay
My business partner, and I met in Virginia Beach for a new business acquisition. We stayed at this property, and the host was excellent at communication and even showed interest in what we were doing there. I love entrepreneurship and the true Vrbo that gives a great experience is an entrepreneurial owner. Not a house, lender! Will definitely stay here again with my ownership group when the time arises

Host was wonderful.. we booked this home in November however we had death in family.. he allowed us to give us another date.. he was very nice and home is beautiful.. we will book this location again and recommend it ti others.. location is great everything is close restaurant and shopping however we didn’t go out we just cooked and relaxed..

Great house, great location!
We really enjoyed our stay here. As a group of 4 adult women, it was comfortable and had basically everything we needed. The full master suite downstairs was nice for our elderly guest since the stairs to the other 3 bedrooms would have been hard for her. The location is close to everything, yet the neighborhood was quiet. The screened porch was lovely in the mornings and in the evenings and we spent a lot of time there. And watching the geese from the dock was sweet. The host was responsive and kind, so thank you! We will definitely stay here again.

Cozy, quiet home
Our host Rod was very welcoming and hospitable. He answered any questions quickly and was most gracious to us. We were in town to visit our military son, it was a perfect home to rent, everything is nearby! The home is lovely! We will gladly rent Rod’s home again if in the area.
