“This was a great home for our family to get together! It was well stocked and felt very spacious, even when all twenty-something of us were there:) The deck, garage, and driveway allowed plenty of space for parking, game nights, and corn hole tournaments. There was plenty of seating for meals and for visiting. The movie room was nice also. Would definitely come back. The only thing I would check is what it costs for activities at Zion Ponderosa. ”

“This place is amazing, so quiet and cozy and direct access to cool hikes, and like other reviews it is not very clean inside or out. The cobwebs and dust are real and we had to rewash any dish we used as they were all dirty and there was trash and even clothing outside near the firepit/horseshoe area. “This quaint property is nestled in the middle of the mountains and in a new neighborhood that is still in under construction with gravel roads. GPS is unpredictable, but it only adds to the adventure. The cabin was spotless and it was nice to have a modern bathhouse with all amenities. It was hard to believe that we encountered virtually no bugs in the area. We only wish that we could bottle up the fresh mountain air and take it home as a souvenir. Very nice stay and we definitely hope to return...

“Loved this house. We have stayed in many and this one stands out. We used this as our home base between Zion and Bryce National Parks. It's not exactly the most convenient for this purpose but we were looking for 4 bedrooms that all had their own en-suite bathroom. Everything in this home is modern and well thought out. Stay here and you won't regret it.”

We had to be careful about only turning the hot water on in the sinks as it had a tendency to be super hot. The location of some of the light switches was unusual, around the kitchen especially. “Such a wonderful home. The attention to detail of the home was incredible. The owner was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.
