“The Nelson Lofts did not disappoint! The location was perfect for walking around and exploring downtown Davenport. The loft was very clean. Nice set up for a group trip with plenty of beds a seating. Communication was great and parking was easy. Special shout out for the showers- everyone commented how great they were! The sound does travel from the downstairs bars and neighboring lofts but they provide sound machines and ear plugs if needed. Would stay here again! ”

“The property fit our needs as we were busy with family and friends most of the time. The door knob on the inside of the bathroom with the tub fell of the first day. I placed it on the counter in that bathroom. Additionally, the bathtub could use some scrubbing bubbles cleanser to get it cleaned properly. It works good on mine anyway. It would have been handy to have a spatula too. Otherwise we were happy with the accommodations. And we loved the easy access of the keyless system. Thanks”

Lots of good things: easy-to-use app for using garage, water temp, bathroom fan, ample lighting, charging cords, kitchen bar, thermostat worked, vent locations, available board games, comfy beds, soft sheets, fast wifi, etc. One possible negative: no tv in the house.”
