Close to casino

No connection to casino. Shuttle only ran until midnight. Cold walk back to our room. Breakfast was minimal and ended at 9 - 9:30am!

Enjoyed our stay. We got a smoking room and I wish the windows opened a little more. Other than that it was great. Staff was very friendly.

No control, of drunk teenagers.

We pulled over to get some sleep and we got none. This place has absolutely no control of drunk teenagers partying and being loud. There was a party across the hall from our SUITE. Hotel staff did absolutely nothing to remediate the situation. Most hotels would have kicked them out!

Disappointed and smelled horrible

I've stayed in smoking rooms before without complaints. This hotel reeks from the moment you walk in the front door. We had a smoking room on the 3rd floor. Stepping off of the elevator to the 3rd floor was the worst!! Someone we didn't know even commented that the sad thing is its better than it use to be. We will not be staying here in the future. Also they tried to charge us about $30 more for our room then what we booked it for. I showed them my reservation and they fixed it. But they did this to all 3 of the rooms our party booked. Really disappointed in them. I'm glad I had my paper work with me.

very comfortable

at check in, they were going to charge me their normal $91 rate instead of your $68 rate. i had to explain that i used your ratez and show them your e-mail confirm to get the $68 rate. aside from that , the stay was pleasant

weekend getaway

The Buffalo Run hotel was much nicer than I expected, the pool was great, clean and tidy. Service was good, they were busy, had one small issue with billing but it was resolved quickly. Very nice hotel for the money. Beds were super comfortable! Bathroom amenities were of good quality also.

Friendly and inviting

We were in town for a family function. Made the reservation online, very easy I might add. Our accommodations were better than expected for the price we paid. Will stay there again on our next trip back.

Casino hotel

It was great to be able to go to our room as soon we were finished playing in the casino and/or eating. The beds were very very comfortable, I loved it. The staff was very friendly and polite. The breakfast was very good too. Had lots to choose from.

Buffalo Run Hotel

Everything was perfect at this hotel except ONE thing. The shower would not work and we were offered "a vase to use when washing our hair". Maintenance staff apparently only works certain shifts (as problems only occur when expected, right?) However, the front desk did refund $20 of my room few so, in the end a happy customer, but still somewhat disappointed about the issue and response.

Okay if you've come to gamble

Nothing wrong with this hotel, other than it's only there for the gamblers. Take a drive through downtown Miami and you can see what a casino does to the rest of the town. If I had known it was a casino hotel when I reserved it online, I would have went elsewhere. Also, I do not like hotel rooms where the bathroom sink is not in the bathroom. I know, it's designed that way so that two people can get ready at the same time. The faster you can get out there and gamble. But I like to wash my hands before I walk out of the bathroom, thank you.

Very nice - close to casino

Location is great, town has a lot of history, suggestion to add better street signs and directions to Casinos from the main street through town. Casino was very nice and welcoming.

Just barely ok.

Bed too soft. Toilet seat very loose. Poor towel and washcloth replacement...had to chase down a room attendant for more the next morning. Terrible continental complimentary breakfast.

Last minute reservation

Hotel was perfect. Very quiet, clean and friendly employees. I've stayed here before and will continue to be a returning guest. Also, this is one of the few hotels in the area that allows pets!

Excellent experience!

Everyone employed at the hotel was extremely nice! Some of the most friendly employees of any stay I've ever had. The beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast was awesome. We were able to do quick work outs in their small gym. Had a wonderful time and will definitely be going back!

No rest at this destination.

The walls were thin. We could hear everyone walking and talking down the hallway. The highway noise was loud in the roomas well. A few rooms down, someone had a yapping dog that kept us awake too. The rooms had a peculiar odor.
