“We enjoyed this stay. It's tucked away in a relatively quiet neighborhood, which means you have a 20-30 minute drive to Birmingham proper. There are a few odds/ends about the place that definitely need attention: the master bathroom shower is not sloped properly, so water pools in the corner away from the drain after every use, which isn't super sanitary. They've replaced some of the floors on top of other floors, so you're liable to stub your toe here or there. I'm being a bit nitpicky, but...

“Reunion of friends and to attend weekend tournament was purpose of trip. Very comfortable accommodations and convenient for walking to restaurants, grocer and local small businesses. Shopping nearby for clothing, furniture and gifts for all ages. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the property for our party of 4.”

“Waking up to the gorgeous lake view with a cup of coffee was amazing. Watching the sunset with a glass of wine was beyond relaxing. I will definitely be coming back. The property manager made sure ever small detail were available for my convenience. This place has definitely spoiled me. EXCEPTIONAL!!!”

“My daughter did an internship for 8 weeks and stayed here. I couldn’t have asked for a better place. Host was always available quickly when I had a question. Location was great as it looked over a golf course. It was a safe area on a dead end street so no traffic other than the ones living there. Only one hiccup wherein the temperatures got down into the teens one week and the heat semi went out. Host was quickly repairing it and even brought a space heater for added warmth. “We came to Birmingham for the women’s college basketball sweet sixteen games. We were within just a few miles of the BJCC and the downtown area. The unit was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of ‘extras’ throughout the house. Plenty of toiletries and towels. The owners left water and snacks as well. The beds were so comfortable and had heated mattress covers. If we come back to Birmingham we would stay here again. Highly recommended!”

“This 3 bedroom duplex apartment has been recently renovated. It is very comfortable, in a safe neighborhood, very convenient to restaurants, shopping, Birmingham Zoo and Botanical Gardens. ”

“Walking into this property there was puddle of urine on outside front door. Cob webs and debris in elevator. Sticky tile floors(soiled), soiled carpet and exposed tack strip at every door threshold. 2 toilets unflushed with urine and poop. Plate with greasy paper towels in microwave not to mention insect infestation. Not to mention 2 weeks ago they made the rental a 4 day minimum after I reserved for 3 days several weeks ago. Very disappointed for money spent.”
