“This condo was perfect for our family. The first thing you notice upon entry is the view of the Pacific Ocean. The beds were comfy and the condo was well stocked. There were plenty of fans to move the cool ocean breeze around the condo. We will definitely be back!”

“Got to the property at approx 4 pm. Grandkids wanted to go straight to Disney. Got back late to realize the Trundle Bed mattress has springs poking up through the mattress. Completely uninhabitable. The pull out couch is not a traditional pull out bed. It’s a leather couch that lays flat. My best estimate is slightly larger than an extra long twin. “Ive stayed in alot of vrbo/airbb places and this by far was the worst. Most places have a booklet or paper stating where to find things such a pool or near by attractions there was absolutely nothing at this place. The place was stinky and completely dirty. There was spiders and cobwebs all over the walls and in every corner. The little patio was covered in dirt,leaves and dead bugs. The ad stated that it sleeps 10 people that was very untrue and the pullout couch bed was BROKEN and unusable i...

“A great little place on the beach, few minutes walk to the ocean and 4 minutes walk to Newport Harbour filled with cute shops and lots of food options. The area is quiet and very safe. We really appreciated the quick and easy communication with the property manager. He was kind and very helpful with our questions and concerns ie. We asked where we could find more coffee and he brought a new bag of grounds to our door. A good place for a peaceful get away for singles, couples, or families. ”

“We stayed in the unit for 3 nights and we really enjoyed it. The bedrooms each have their own en suite bathroom, and everything is impeccable. We enjoyed the outdoor patio with the rock garden. And the location is excellent as well. Highly recommend it. ”

“ We rented this condo for 12 nights based on its awesome reviews and we were not disappointed! We were there for two reasons, golf and recuperation from a surgery. Cannot speak about the outdoor areas for biking and pool activities but the indoor confinement served us well. A lovely, comfortable place. Would definitely stay there again. Also…we were able to fit our Lexus RX350 in the covered parking space.”
