Charming apartment in the center of town
Immaculately clean and well-equipped apartment, the perfect size for 2-4 people. Beach was a few steps away and lots of restaurants and small supermarket were within easy walking distance. We had a car to visit nearby towns, but free parking was readily available in the middle of Salema. My only recommendation would be for a table fan in the bedroom to keep the room cooler at night.

Wonderful vacation in Salema
We had a wonderful stay at Salema. The apartment was cozy and very close to the beach, just as promised. It had everything you need for preparing dinner in the kitchen, plus we didn’t need to pack a ton of clothes, as there was a laundry machine. Delia made us welcome and made sure everything was fine. Can really recommend the place.

Perfectly located and pretty apartment
The beds were comfortable, and showers were also good. Do bring your own body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The washing machine, drying lines on the patio, iron and ironing board were helpful. Though we didn't cook, the kitchen was equipped with salt & pepper, oil and vinegar and a few other spices. I loved the short walk to the beach on cobblestone streets, and the town itself is very quiet and relaxing. Delia was always responsive, helpful and kind when we needed something; do choose to stay here!

Schönes, sauberes Haus gute Lage
Wir waren dort 14 Tage im Juli/August und hatten einen super Urlaub. Salema ist ein schöner kleiner Ort mit etwas Tourismus aber auch in der Hochsaison nicht überlaufen. Das Häusschen ist in einer kleiner Gasse und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Neu renoviert, sauber, gute neue Betten, moderne Bäder und gut ausgestattet. Delia die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und entspannt. Handtücher/Strandtücher, Bettwäsche alles vorhanden und wurde nach einer Woche ausgetauscht. Also perfekte kleine Ferienwohnung in pittoresken portugiesischem Dorf.

Great Relaxing Place and Perfect Location
The VRBO was on the perfect little street. We loved that it was a relaxing place to take a pause on our trip and enjoy the beach. The beach was perfect and it was nice to have towels included. The sand has to be the softest and cleanest in all of Portugal. The washing machine was great for doing a load of laundry and nice area to hang clothes to dry. The place was very clean and tidy and was very cozy. The WiFi was good. The instructions for checking in were perfect and nicely detailed. Be sure to read them prior to visiting. The only cons were: -No A/C -No provided shampoo shower gel. The only reason I am noting this is that the listing says that they are included. Great communication from the Host, great place to stay, nice and quiet town, beautiful beach. Would absolutely recommend!

Sleepy in Salema

Perfect place in a great location!
Great place ideally located one block from the beach. Delia was a wonderful host - she provided accurate and timely check-in info and was available for questions/help. Her place had everything we needed for our 3-night stay, including beach towels and umbrella. Salema has several great restaurants and a modest market with everything you need for a short stay; there are also larger chain markets a few miles away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfection in paradise
Salema is amazing on its own, but our stay was elevated by the lovely Delia, who was the perfect hostess. The flat came stocked with everything we needed, even a gifted bottle of Portuguese red wine. The washer broke and she even did our laundry herself and delivered it. The beds were very comfortable and the flat’s beach towels came in handy! A gem.

Wonderful apartment in Salema
I would give this apartment six stars, if possible. It is a beautiful clean two level apartment perfectly set up with everything you need. A lot of thought has gone into the layout and amenities, creating a warm relaxing environment. Delia is a wonderful host - always with a smile and available to help if needed. Salema is a beautiful small beach town, great for relaxing and enjoying all of the sights and sounds of the Algarve. This apartment is a perfect complement to the beauty of the area.

Service ist herausragend
Auch bei unserem dritten Besuch in diesem Haus hat Delia Alves einen tollen Service gezeigt. In der Küche sind viele Dinge und Gewürze, Tee, usw. Da. Die Räume sind sehr sauber. Strandtuch und Sonnenschirm vorhanden Und in wenigen Minuten ist man direkt am Strand. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt

Great place to stay!
We had a great stay. The apartment was great and the town of Salema was a nice little town that had all you need. Easy walk to the beach. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Tolles Ferienhaus mitten in Salema
Von diesem hervorragend ausgestatteten Ferienhaus ist man in weniger als 5 Minuten am Strand. Alles war sehr sauber, der Check-in unkompliziert. Bei Fragen hat Delia sofort geantwortet. Uns hat besonders der langgezogene Balkon zur Rua dos Pescadores gefallen. Klare Empfehlung!

Delia ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin.
Das Haus hat eine sehr praktische Ausstattung, die üblichen Dinge des Lebens wie Salz, Öl, Essig etc. sind einfach da. Das Haus liegt mitten im Dorf, der Weg zum Strand ist sehr kurz. Wir haben uns auch bei unsrem zweiten Besuch sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a very lovely stay here in Salema. The apartment is very beautiful and well situated to enjoy the beach and the neighboring towns. Delia was wonderful and charming and helpful when we needed it. Great restaurants within walking distance.

Sejour très agréable
Sejour tres agréable.maison très propre et très fonctionnelle..a deux pas de la belle plage..
