Cute little townhouse on a downtown lake
This is a cute ground level apartment on a small lake in Langford. A bit minimalist but two bedrooms with king size beds and an outfitted kitchen are just right as a homebase for a family on a weekend trip!

Perfect relaxing retreat!
Wonderful stay. Loved exploring Victoria and then head back to relax at this amazing retreat. The lake, SUPs and Kayaks were such a great way to end each day. I also started each day on the dock with a book. Well stocked, extremely clean and great in every way.

A very nice spot to stay for a visit. Beautiful lake and access to surrounding areas. Management/owner was flexible with some late minute changes and that was very much appreciated.

Ants Everywhere
There were ants throughout the kitchen and bathroom. Large amounts of ants. The mattresses were uncomfortable and so was the futon couch. The yard was messy and everything including the entrance door was covered with spider webs. It was definitely an older unit and the appliances didn’t work well. Another issue was the lack of privacy due to broken window coverings. The entrance door and patio door had no coverage. The 1 bedroom window blind was also broken.

Great Location
Great quiet location and the lakefront is beautiful. Property did not have a hot tub as advertised at the time of booking, not a big deal, just a heads up for future guests. Had some issues on check in day, both sets of bedsheets were very stained, the oven was very dirty and the two chairs looked like someone had sat in them after being wet and were stained. The place itself seemed as though the whole cleaning process had been very rushed. Contacted the property managers who were quick to come and fix the sheets and bedding and did send someone to do a “deep clean”. I wouldn’t say that there was any noticeable difference after this deep cleaning aside from the oven, but they did make the effort so that was appreciated. Communication with the host was good, all done through email for the most part. Living space furniture could be more comfortable for longer stays but for weekend trips would be adequate. Overall a decent place, would just suggest a higher standard of cleanliness.

Calm retreat
The unit was perfect for the four of us. The view of the lake was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee and we were close to all of the amenities in Langford. We will definitely be back.

Relaxing spot
We used this as our home base for Victoria (we had a rental car). Very much enjoyed the beautiful location, swimming, SUPs and canoes. Beds comfy and good shower pressure!

What a gem!
This property is a hidden gem! Set in the heart of Langford on the most beautiful lake, so close to all amenities and Victoria, yet you feel like you are in the country. The use of all the water sports equipment was the cherry on top. We had a wonderful stay!

End of Family Vacay
After spending a week in Whistler BC we wanted to end our family vacation in Victoria. The lake house at Langford Lake seemed a perfect spot to do that. Overall the property was great! A few things I would mention are: the outside furniture and dock chairs had cobwebs all over them (I just figured they would be cleaned and ready for summer guests) the house is directly across from the public beach which was filled with people always (lots of noise), the house has no measuring tools for cooking (measuring cups/spoons & mixing bowls), there was NO hot tub :( (there are photos of it and a description of it but it was no where on the property) We did really enjoy the canoe, paddle board, fishing off the dock!

Relaxing at the lake
Beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the lake, kayak, and paddle board, bbq and enjoy the backyard with family and friends. Peaceful and quiet location close to trails and a dock to relax on. Kitchen and laundry avail and comfy large beds and pillows. Lots of natural light and fresh air through open windows. We enjoyed the stay while competing in Victoria 70.3, it was 20 min from race start at Elk Lake.

Great little apartment.
This was a very nice, clean little apartment on the lake. We weren’t able to use any of the kayaks or paddle boards because it was too cold outside. Was close to lots of restaurants and stores. Quick access to the Highway. I loved that they had live plants!

Quiet and Lovely
The property is very clean and has everything we needed. The 2 king beds were comfortable, and the space was perfect. Located on the lake, it is quite the beautiful view. Close to most things, yet far enough that it is quiet. The host was fantastic and sent emails for all details, as well as checked in to see how the stay was would highly recommend

Our Stay at Langford Lake
We stayed at the property for a week in November so weren't able to enjoy the lake and back yard. The view was very nice though. The suite was well supplied with kitchen items and towels in the bathroom. The two locks were a bit confusing at first, but we figured them out. It would have been nice to have two bedside tables and two lamps in the bedroom for reading at night.

Great place on a lovely lake yet within walking distance to bowling, groceries, restaurants and more. The place was clean, beds were super comfortable and had all the basics to comfortably cook meals. Would love to go back in the summer to take advantage of the dock, lake, and the outdoor games provided. Easy checkin and great communication with hosts. Thanks!

Welcome Stay
The accommodation was exactly as specified, check in/out process was well documented and easy to follow. Fall weather had arrived before our stay, which restricted the outdoor amenities somewhat. Overall a great location and experience. Definitely would recommend the property.
