Nuestra lujosa casa amueblada cuenta con amplios jardines y patios en la parte sur de la ciudad, a poca distancia de muchas playas, incluida la pintoresca Bahía de Gonzales. La proximidad al centro de la ciudad hace de Fairfield / Gonzales un lugar deseable para vivir, trabajar y visitar. Disfruta de un barrio tranquilo y arbolado. Disfrute de un tranquilo café por la mañana y un buen libro en los preciosos jardines privados, zona de barbacoa cubierta con un calentador al aire libre. Los terrenos son compartidos con los huéspedes de la casa adyacente. Suroeste sol y jardines orgánicos permiten disfrutar de su propio espacio de retiro con camas de jardín levantadas, higos, olivos, manzanas y cerezos, arándanos y hierbas frescas.
Entusiastas del medio ambiente les encantará el invernadero. Se alienta la jardinería voluntaria. Nuestra casa cuenta con 2 dormitorios con walk-ins en todo, pisos de roble, baldosas de granito con calefacción en el suelo en el baño, gabinetes de calidad con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable en la cocina. Bomba de calor para calefacción y refrigeración, así como bases eléctricas y chimenea. Capacidad para 6 adultos con una cama queen size en el dormitorio principal, una cama doble en el segundo dormitorio y un sofá cama en la sala de estar. A poca distancia de la playa de Gonzales, Fairfield Plaza o Oak Bay Avenue.

El centro recreativo Oak Bay se encuentra a 5 minutos en coche. Tiene una piscina, canchas de tenis, etc. Estamos a 10 minutos a pie de la playa y a 10 minutos en bicicleta oa 20 minutos a pie del centro. Las rutas de autobús están cerca del centro (20 minutos) o la universidad (20 minutos). Victoria es una ciudad de 350.000 habitantes, con un hermoso centro comercial y puerto; Es un lugar perfecto para las excursiones de observación de ballenas. El Museo Provincial es uno de los mejores en Canadá con excelentes Primeras Naciones y exposiciones itinerantes. Wonderful Experience in Victoria
We stayed at this wonderful house from Monday to Friday. We were 4 adults and one 7-month-old baby. We had a great time. The house is beautiful and very well equipped. It has a great kitchen and two very comfortable bedrooms. It had very spacious patios with lovely furniture. The location is great. Close enough to down town, the shore line, restaurants and so on. The neighborhood is quiet. Finally, Miriam is very helpful and accommodating. Bottom line, the place is highly recommended.

Short Break to Victoria
This was my first time staying in an VRBO. I was impressed by the host, Miriam’s great service. She checked in with me twice by email and then again via phone on the day of arrival to make sure everything was ok and answer any questions, she also answered my emails. I thought that was very professional and appreciated the extra steps she took to make sure we were happy. Miriam also allowed me to check in early which was very considerate and helpful. The house overall is cozy but a bit smaller than I expected, and IMO, ideally best suited for 2 people. The bathroom is very small, feels European in size. That said, it is laid out well, maximizing the space, and that is something I would say can be applied to the entire place. In reference to the bathroom, towels are supplied as is shampoo & conditioner as listed, however I was surprised to find no soap or body wash to use in the shower. As for the rest of the space, there is a nice comfortable sitting area at the front of the house where the tv is located. The tv is a smart tv which is a nice bonus, however I wish there had been some basic instructions for using the tv as well as the a/c/ heat pump. The kitchen is nicely laid out and well stocked with kitchen necessities including basics like sugar, salt & pepper, oil, tea/coffee, spices, etc which definitely saves someone from bringing their whole kitchen with them! 😄 The washer/dryer set up is European style, and located in the kitchen. Laundry soap is supplied. There’s quite a few spots in the nice garden to sit and relax, but I would recommend that the chairs and tables be washed down as it looked like a few needed some cleaning. Location wise, it’s a good location to be in as you are not far from City Centre, but you are far enough to enjoy the quiet of a peaceful, safe residential area. Also, if you are like me and prefer to be away from the bustle of downtown, it’s ideal as you are only 5 min to beautiful Oak Bay village, and 10 min to Cook St Village. If you are looking for easy, quick serve meal options to take home, be sure to check out the Root Cellar in Cook St Village, and Red Barn or Fairway Market in Oak Bay. All three have some great ready to go healthy options! As I had my little dog with me, the area was very conducive to nice walks, including a great green space just up the road that had a popular dog park. It was a great stay overall and a positive first experience in a VRBO!

Very well equipped
Miriam, the owner so easy to communicate with. Property exceeded expectations. Very clean, very well equipped and nicely decorated. We had a micro wedding and an evening casual dinner after. The outside areas were perfect for our group and Miriam very gracious in allowing this get together. Very highly recommended.

Garden oasis!
Great location- peaceful property a short walk to Gonzalez Beach. All the amenities for a meal at home, including a wide selection of wine glasses! Super clean and comfortable beds, linens and heated bathroom floor. Sure hope to return :)

February in the Gonzales Beach area!
We enjoyed our stay in the Gonzales Beach area. The house was modern, clean and everything was good quality, including bedding, kitchen appliances and dishes, etc. We loved the area as it was walking distance to the beach, shopping on Oak Bay Avenue and a short drive to the downtown. Miriam was so helpful during the booking process as well as greeting us when we arrived. We completely enjoyed our month in Victoria and hope to do it again next year. See you then, Miriam! Warm and welcoming
We arrived for a two week stay in November, the weather cool but the house cosy and very comfortable. The rooms were attractively furnished and the kitchen very efficient, well equipped, and elegantly designed. The location was perfect for us, with ocean walks, gardens, interesting shops and restaurants within easy driving distance distance. We would certainly like to return.

Perfect place in Victoria
This home is really pretty. The garden is gorgeous and it was perfect for a few days in Victoria. It is minutes away from downtown and situated in a nice neighborhood. Miriam was very welcoming and friendly. She even delivered coffee to our doorstep to ensure we had enough during our stay. We felt welcome and would definitely stay here again if we travel to Victoria.

Beautiful property!
The home, gardens, location, everything was perfect. Neighborhood was great for walking, easy access to all of the sites we wanted to see. The kitchen was perfect, stocked with everything I could imagine needing and more. Only problem, we had to leave way too soon. Thanks to Miriam the check in process was so easy. She was there to show us where everything was and how it all worked! Loved our time there!!

great location and very nice neighborhood
Everything about this house was perfect. The outside seating areas were amazing. No matter the time of day there was a private place to sit outside- sun, shade, and even a covered heated area. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Highly Responsive. Very Comfortable
3-day stay in April 2019... This place in Fairfield was wonderful. Miriam was very welcoming and responsive to our questions and requests. She contacted us after booking, and upon arrival in Victoria to ensure we would have everything we needed. The unit was very well-equipped with laundry, basic cooking supplies and equipment, and there were three different, cozy outside seating areas. Walking distance to the water, close by to Thifty's (grocery store) and just enough off the beaten path, in a walkable neighborhood, ​to give us a break from the downtown tourist scene. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Miriam!
