“We loved staying here. Being able to do quick walks on the property with a senior dog and puppy was great. Each kid got their own room. Furniture in living room could have been better- only 1 couch - which doesn’t make it comfy for all 6 of us. That was the only issue. A little freaked about the parking but once there it was easy. Plenty of space to 3 point turn your car so you can pull straight out onto road.”

“The Red Barn is perfect for our group, this is our 2nd time there. Plenty of room in both the house and property, where we can sit out by fire or use the hot tub, and not worry about the closeness of any neighbors if were up a little late. Having the spacious barn for activities if foul weather is also a definite plus ”

“Nice place to stay for a ski vacation. The location is not even 20 minutes from Stowe and was very convenient to the rest of the local amenities. Arrival was easy and the place was warm, cozy and well stocked with just about any kitchen utensil you could want. “There are a lot of good things about our stay. We loved being able to walk through Stowe at all hours. We loved the convenience of having a market right next door. And I was able to get a haircut right downstairs. The rec path was close and delightful to walk on. But we had no hot water--none--for the entire stay. Before arriving we were told the hot water heater needed a part that wouldn't be available for 3 days. We were even offered another rental to use instead, but it wasn't right downtown...
