“The property is well maintained, clean and has a lot of charm. The backyard offers a stunning view of the mountains, a stream and quaint cottages dotting the landscape. The only surprise was the location on a major roadway. Backing into the driveway can be difficult especially after dark. Otherwise we would highly recommend this home. Andrew the property manager was friendly and helpful. ”

“Meadow View Cottage is everything it is advertised as and more! There is so much attention to detail that I literally felt at home. Everything is just where one might look for it. The owner was thoughtful and helpful and we hope to stay again when we visit Dorset!”

“What a lovely stay! The cabin was stocked with everything we needed and it was very clean and well organized. The photos don't quite do it justice. Peaceful lake views all day with mountains in the distance - what's not to like? We used the queen bedroom on the main floor and the bed was so very comfortable. We were there for two weeks, so we definitely used the kitchen - again, a well-planned space and well stocked. We hope to be there again!”

“We had the BEST time on our short little getaway to the Vermont mountains! We are very familiar with the area but this was our first VRBO. We didn’t really know what to expect but Lizzie’s place was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 (kids ages 2,5 and 7.) The space was cleaner than clean (which is a big deal to us) and updated. “The house was everything we wanted and more. Loaded with space, kitchen supplies, comfort, a grill, gorgeous stone fireplace. The location on. sleepy back road in the woods was beautiful and quiet. The only complaint is that they make you take your trash with you when you go. There was a pass for the local dump which helped offset the inconvenience. Otherwise, A+”

“The owner had the place ready to go when we arrived. It was a late arrival, but there were outside lights that were warm and inviting. Plenty of space for our party of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids). Kitchen was welled stocked with cooking necessities, great hangout spaces in the basement and first floor, and a convenient space for ski boots and outer gear in the basement near parking.
