This well-appointed apartment features:

-Fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, vitroceramic stove, washing machine, and extractor hood. Perfect for preparing and enjoying meals at home.

-A large terrace furnished with sun loungers, a table, and chairs, ideal for relaxing, dining, and enjoying quality time with family and friends. The terrace offers beautiful views of the communal pool.

Welcome to Vera, a charming coastal town in Andalucía known for its beautiful beaches and relaxed atmosphere!

Our apartment is ideally situated close to the beach, allowing you to enjoy sunbathing, swimming, and the refreshing Mediterranean Sea with ease.

For those traveling by car, ample street parking is available nearby. We also have private parking in the building.

The city is also well connected by public transport, with regular bus services that facilitate the exploration of Vera and other nearby cities such as Almería.

The accommodation has a maximum capacity for 4 guests.

There is air conditioning in the apartment.

The accommodation is equipped with:

If you require additional assistance, we are at your disposal.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

In case of loss or non-return of the garage key or control will be a cost of 60 euros.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

Heating should not be set above 22°C, which we believe is the ideal temperature for your stay.
