Not as expected
I have stayed at this house before (April2025)and was happy with our stay first time. I rebooked before we even left. We live in South Florida and have friends in the area. Had some minor issues but I was ok with it. Did not think to look at reviews after having a good stay the first time.This stay, dishes were dirty and put away, water bottles left in windows, cans in back yard, dirty towels( looked like blood on them), no sponge to clean dishes, dead bugs, no shampoo or body wash as listed, and hand soap in bathrooms was mostly water. The AC thermostat battery was almost dead and I reached out to Paul to have it replaced as well as an issue with the guest bathroom. The shower was not working and there were 7 people. He said he would come by and take care of it and did not show up no call nothing. I contacted Paul about other issues during our stay and he never bothered to respond until after I checked out. I was given excuses on why things were dirty, forgotten and not done. I was very disappointed this stay and will not go back again. He has it listed on the market and renters are not the priority it seems. Not to mention the car he has in the driveway. So if you have more than one car which we did, one will stick out in the road.
