A unos diez minutos de la Plaza de San Marcos, Ca 'Dolce le da la bienvenida en un distrito aún marcado por la vida veneciana con muchas tiendas locales. Completamente renovado en 2017, consta de una sala de estar con cocina y sala de estar, un baño pequeño y 2 habitaciones dobles, una en la planta baja (2 camas individuales o 1 cama doble) con vista del canal y el otro en el primer piso con vista al jardín y nuestro patio privado, ubicado en el canal. Ca 'Dolce está idealmente ubicado en relación con el aeropuerto Marco Polo (accesible en 15 minutos en taxi acuático o en barco Alilaguna a Fdte Nove y luego a 2 minutos a pie) y la estación de tren de Santa Lucía (en 15 minutos a través de la línea 1 del vaporetto ). La Ca 'Dolce tiene wifi, aire acondicionado, una cocina totalmente equipada (placa de inducción, horno, microondas, lavavajillas) y una lavadora. Se proporcionan sábanas y toallas. ¡Ven y vive la vida veneciana allí!

Terrific location and great communication
The house is small but very well equipped and comfortable. The location is great - quiet with a neighbourhood feel but close to everything. Extensive information from the host including restaurant recommendations which we followed and had an excellent experience. We hope to return.

Lovely house at a canal
We had a very nice stay. The house is in a nice and quiet area. Although not big you have all you need and quality was good, not Ikea-only. Sitting outside in the early morning is great ( in the evening a lot of mosquitos outside). The bed was are a bit hard for me but that is a personal thing. I totally recommand this place.

A great place away from all the crowds
Our stay here was great. The apartment was the perfect size. The courtyard was great to sit out and talk with a bottle of wine. It was close to everything but far enough away to not be in the hustle and bustle of the main tourist attractions.

Comfortable, quiet and close
We loved our stay in this Venetian apartment. The space is located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from water bus, restaurants and coop. Only 15 minutes to Grand Canal, too! Apartment was just as promised. Very clean. Hosts are gracious and responsive.

Perfect Apartment for a Family
Absolutely loved this apartment! I studied in Venice years ago and was familiar with how touristy and crowded a lot of areas can get. This property is nestled in the residential area with great access to restaurants and grocery stores and a stunning terrace that opens up to the canal. Our kids were still adjusting to jet lag while we were in Venice so we even called it early one night so they could sleep and got groceries and wine to sit on the terrace for dinner while they slept- was one of my favorite nights there just looking at the canal! Sebastien was a great host with perfect recommendations.

Ca’ Dolce was excellent!
The property is exactly as described. Very comfy and very convenient. Seb and Rosanna were excellent to work with. Cannaregio is enough away from the touristy areas to be quiet and relaxing but still close enough that you can do everything you come to Venice to do!

Top Lage
Super Lage, zur Vaporetto Station F.Nove 5 Minuten, zur Ca'Doro knapp 10 Minuten. Vorab Informationen sehr sehr gut und ausführlich. Empfang und Kommunikation mit Rosanna eins plus. Ab 7 Uhr sehr lebhafter Verkehr auf dem angrenzenden Kanal. Einkauf 4 Minuten. Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt.

The neighborhood was quaint and we loved staying amongst the locals. The beds and pillows were miserable. They were hard and there was nowhere in the apt that was comfortable . Our backs and necks hurt all of the time. . The couch was dirty and small. Rosanna was great and very helpful.

Quiet town house, well appointed
We had a delightful stay. Preparation was excellent with lots of useful information. The location was terrific. Not so far from S. Marco yet away from the maddening crowds. The beautifully upgraded space allowed us to make a couple meals to eat in the private canal side terrace which doubled for morning espresso and yogurt. We used the mini coop around the corner for supplies and left more than we used — felt like home.

Ottima soluzione nel sestiere di Cannaregio
ottima soluzione per una famiglia con 1-2 figli. Casa piccola ma molto accolgiente con accesso diretto su di un canale. Direi perfetta in tutto. Come unico suggerimento al proprietario consiglierei di mettere una televisione, magari con accesso a internet.

It is a very friendly place in a residential area that offers very good connections into the center as well as to the lagune. The appartment ist well equipped and very clean.The welcome was very warm and we were given very good recommendations for tours and restaurants. Great location close to all amenities within a 10-15 minute walk. Took a water taxi right to the apartment from the train station and then to the airport. Host provided great recommendations for dinner shopping the bonus wa the local wine shop where you can get litre jugs of local wine for 3-4 euros.

Venice, avoiding the tourist crowds
Great place in a quiet but well-located area. Close to ACTV stn and grocery/restos etc. It was fun watching the morning and evening "rush hour" on our little canal, it felt like we were actually living in Venice the community, not the tourist fantasy. Beyond wandering the back calle the best thing we did was a Row Venice Chichetti tour-- fabulous experience! Thanks Seb and team!
