Das war nicht optimal Paolo hätte sich nicht wohlgefühlt
Paolo sollte investieren!Das Bett ist eine Katastrophe - eigentlich nur ein Metallgestell mit schlechten Matratzen. die Oberdecke ohne Bettbezug. Die Couch in der Küche schmuddelig und ausgeblichen. Es war die ganze Zeit kalt in der Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen bitte 21 Grad. in der Dusche praktisch kein Wasserdruck! Handwaschbecken spritzt nach allen Seiten. Die Toilette war bei unserem Ankommen bereits unappetitlich benutzt. Auf unseren Hinweis folgte keine Entschuldigung.Sorry aber 180 EUR die Nacht ist dafür einfach zu viel. Hier wird Venedig für Kurzaufenthalte ausgenutzt.

3 nights in Venice
Paolo was very informative for check-in and arrival details. This quaint, quite, fully equipped apartment is perfect for two. Pictures represent the apartment well. The area is easily accessed by water taxi and within 20 min walking distance of most must see sites. Although the bed was a little hard for our liking we still enjoyed our time at this lovely apartment.

Appartement idéal pour visiter Venise
L'appartement est vraiment bien situé dans le Cannaregio, près d'un arrêt de vaporetto et de plusieurs bons petita restaurants. Le quartier est très tranquille, loin de la horde de touristes. Le petit balcon ajoute une touche charmente au séjour à Venise. L'appartement est confortable, le lit était un peu mou selon nos préférences.

Idyllic
It was a simply wonderful stay in Venice!! The apartment is comfy and had everything we needed. The bedroom is huge! The balcony off the living room was stunning. We slept with the windows open...and I swear you could hear a pin drop...so quiet away from the crowds. Restaurants nearby and vaporetto stop maybe a 3 minute walk...Rialto bridge area was less than 10 minute walk.

Amazing neighborhood!
The location is perfect, close to many local restaurants and removed from the busy tourist areas. Easily accessible to the train station and vaperetto. The flat is clean and comfortable, the terrace is perfect and a great way to end your day exploring Venice.

Amazing location
The perfect location, quiet street with beautiful view. Was very hot (August) and no Air conditioning, but lots of Fans were provided which was nice to have. Great amenities in the apartment & great kitchen set-up. Host was quick to help us and communicate, very kind and helpful. I would stay here again.

Quiet location
Stayed three days. Conveniently located. Such a quiet area!!! After you have been in the crowds of Venice it is wonderful to come back to this place. We had an issue with getting into apt but Paulo was on it right away and able to resolve issue.

Great stay
Great stay. Property manager was amazing at communicating , answered right away. Cute area. Cute balcony. Cute colors. Nice living room and kitchen. Cute bedroom. (Bed was split in the middle but noticed this is a common thing in Italy) Now this isn’t their fault but my own, I hadn’t realized this place doesn’t have AC, I would highly not recommend this location during summer/early fall. Thank god for the fans. But it was really really humid in there and we woke up sweating almost every morning. I don’t blame them at all for this though I just wouldn’t recommend during the summer. Personal preference: there’s one painting of a little boy and his mom in the bed room that is sooooo creepy. Lol Overall: great experience.

Great location
Apartment was clean and in a great location15 minute walk to the train station and away from the noisy touristy areas. Very quiet and lovely place to stay but still convenient to any of the attractions you would like to see.

4 Night Stay in May
Great property and location. Fabulous information from Paolo with good directions and very easy check in. I did find the mattress in the bedroom a little firm but totally realise that it is a very personal preference. Overall would recommend and would definitely stay here again

Amazing piece of heaven in Venice
After staying in noisy apartments in Rome and Florence, this apartment in Venice was a sanctuary. Very cute And cozy apartment with a gorgeous little terrace. If you want to get the local vibe with access to all the tourist areas of Venice, then this is a great stay. We had access to amazing local restaurants off the main drag. I highly recommend to couples, couples traveling with other couples, and small families.

The perfect way to see Venice
We arrived on waterbus from the airport and it was a short walk to the appartment. It is a beautiful and relaxing space filled with very interesting art and overlooks the canal. But, it is so well placed! You are in the quieter part of Venice with lots of great restaurants around. You can then dip into the busier parts of Venice as and when you feel like it! Very cool!!

Magical Venice
We loved our stay at Paolo’s apartment! It’s in a quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful view of the canal right outside the window. The apartment is wonderfully cozy, perfect for my spouse and I. Furnished well, we were able to grab groceries a short walk away and cook some of our own meals, do laundry, and care for all of our needs. The check in was awesome, Paolo’s instructions were thorough and he was available to answer questions we Americans had about some of the European differences in appliances and such. We loved our stay here and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Top Lage
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist top....absolut ruhig und im "Local-Viertel". 2 Min. zum Kanal mit vielen schönen Osterias und auch nur 2 Min. zur "Haupt-TuriMeile". Ausstattung ist top. Die Einrichtung könnte modernisiert werden. Der kleine Balkon ist der Hammer für's Venedig-feeling.

Enjoyed It . . . But
We stayed four nights in February in this pleasant flat, which is moderately priced, in the Cannaregio area with a quiet canal just below. The area is off the beaten track and quieter than the busy tourist areas, with decent local restaurants and bars, some actual Venetians living locally, and an excellent bakery and coffee shop nearby: Torrefazione Cannaregio. Two things let the property down: 1) Across the canal is a workshop (which was not particularly noisy during our stay). But if you were there in warm weather and wanted the windows open, there is a ventelation system that seems to run round the clock. NOT a problem in February, but could be a problem in warmer weather? 2) The mattress in the main bedroom. We saw before booking that others had had a problem with this and we took a chance that it wasn't too bad. I'd just say that if you like a firm bed this is probably not the place for you. The owner lists the mattress is "orthopaedic" - the problem is that there are two single mattresses (definitely not "firm") on a sprung double bed frame which doesn't have a support bar in the middle. As the mattresses do not zip or tie together, when they move one of you will end up down the gap in between! On a four day stay this wasn't a deal breaker for us, but if you happen to be a larger person or wanted to stay longer it could be decisive. To sum up: A firmer bed would help. But we did enjoy our stay there, with those drawbacks.

Venice on the Canal
The location of this apartment was just perfect for us. It was extremely peaceful, especially at night, but only a short walk away from the shops and restaurants. The apartment was comfortable and met our needs while we were in Venice. Paolo was easy to communicate with and he provided very detailed instructions for the check-in directions for finding the apartment.
