Precioso y amplio apartamento en el centro de Venecia,

En el centro histórico de Venecia Ca 'Rio Marin está a sólo dos minutos de la Chiesa dei Frari, una de las iglesias más hermosas de Venecia, a sólo diez minutos del puente de Rialto y quince minutos de la Piazza San Marco. Es también muy conveniente, estar cerca de la estación de tren y de Piazzale Roma.

Es también muy cerca de todo el vaporetto (autobús acuático), taxi y transporte al aeropuerto.

El apartamento está situado cerca de un importante edificio Venecia, Ca 'Gradenigo, donde nacieron algunos de los Dogos, y cerca de un canal llamado Rio Marin.

Muy cerca del apartamento encontrará frutas y verduras, carnicería, frutería, supermercado (Billa, en Rio Marin), pastelería, Farmacia (En Bari), varias pizzerías y restaurantes. Esperamos que se necesita más información.

El apartamento es muy cómodo, y se puede ir fácilmente a cualquier lugar a pie. El apartamento está situado en una calle sin salida y es muy tranquilo y relajante. El apartamento cuenta con tres plantas: la planta baja hay un gran salón con sofá cama doble y un baño con ducha, en la primera planta hay un dormitorio principal y un cuarto de baño con ducha, la sala de estar con cocina y una escalera abierta que conduce a la buhardilla donde hay dos camas individuales solemos adecuados para los niños y los jóvenes.

Great location, comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms
This apartment was fantastic, spacious rooms and was ideal for our family stay.The only thing that was missing was a toaster oven as we would like to have been able to make toast and cook things that require an oven.Also the sitting area only had a small couch.

Super séjour
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement de Rita qui s’est montrée disponible pour toutes nos demandes. Le logement est bien situé, proche de la gare et de quartiers populaires (Dorsoduro, Santa Croce…) que nous avons beaucoup aimés ! Charmante Wohnung mitten in Venedig
Zwei Wochen in einem eigenen kleinen Haus mitten in Venedig, es war unvergesslich. Die Lage ist super: nahe beim Bahnhof und dem Vaporetto, in Laufweite zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, der Supermercato um die Ecke, ebenso lauschige kleine Plätze mit Restaurants. Die Wohnung auf drei Stockwerken ist charmant und ganz praktisch für eine Familie. Es war einfach herrlich, vielen Dank!

Brilliant family or friends group property, 3 seperate sleeping zones over 3 floors, Rita was a superb host, extremely attentive and excellent communications, have been to Venice 6 times and this was one of the best venues… loved it all.

Super location
The location is fantastic, so close to the the train station and vaporetto, as well as restaurants and shops. The accommodation is quite quirky but clean. The front door is quite hard to open and shut quietly as instructed by the owners as it sticks. It's reasonably well equipped, plenty of pots, pans, crockery, cutlery etc., some larger glasses would have been appreciated though. If you would like to cook in, please note there is a 4 ring gas hob but no oven. Although the open plan lounge kitchen diner has a decent table with 6 chairs, the sofa only seats 2 people and it's all upstairs. It was a little dingy inside not as bright as the photos. The washing machine and airers were a great bonus. Both bathrooms were decent enough and the beds were comfortable. The rubbish disposal in Venice is a bit of a pain, you have certain days for different recyclables and collection is within a short window. You are supposed to get a knock on your door, but if you go out early, we noticed people hung their rubbish bags on their door handles in the morning. There are very few public rubbish bins around in Venice. Overall we were happy and would stay here again.

Eine tolle Unterkunft für einen Familienurlaub in Venedig
Wir haben unseren 2wöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die ganze Familie würde sehr gerne wiederkommen. Es gibt noch so viel zu tun und zu sehen. Das Reihenhaus war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für alle Unternehmungen. Aufgrund der ruhigen Lage in einer Sackgasse könnten wir nachts zur Ruhe kommen.

Lovely Place
If coming in by train, this is an ideal location. The two large bedrooms have good ac units which worked well. It was quite warm while we were there, so if we wanted to gather in the large kitchen/dinning/living room area, we needed the windows open. This was the only minor inconvenience we had as the mosquitos did come in even without having lights on in the home. It is a somewhat quite area at the end of a street, but yet just a short walk to restraunts, grocery stores, shops and even the gondolas.

Authentic old city experience
Great location! Easy to find from train station, excellent directions and easy check-in process. Felt like genuine old city experience with narrow streets, artsy interior, real shutters open to the street below on one side and beautiful interior courtyard on the other, and antique ceiling beams. Host was very helpful and responsive messaging. Although we didn’t spend much time in apartment, it was cozy, comfy and genuine family vibe.

Perfektes Haus für die Familie
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus und die Lage waren für unsere Bedürfnisse ideal. Bequeme Betten, zwei Bäder, eine gemütliche Wohnküche und alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Um die Ecke ist ein Supermarkt, die Vaporettostation und der Bahnhof sind schnell erreichbar und trotzdem liegt das Haus ruhig, da es sich in einer Sackgasse befindet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Besitzer geben Tipps zu Restaurants und Ausflügen, sind sehr freundlich und antworten schnell. Danke Rita und Matteo ❤️

Great location near the station
The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for our family of five. It was well equipped having a microwave and washing machine. Communication with the owner was easy and she gave us plenty of tips and advice to make our stay easy. The location is great, only a few minutes from Santa Lucia station and close to to plenty of shops and restaurants. Short walks to a lot of the main sights too.

Great Stay!
We had a wonderful stay in Venice at this property! It was large and there was plenty of room for us to spread out(me and my husband and three kids 14, 11, and 9). The A/C was much appreciated since we were there in July and the washer was great since we packed light. Very easy to find with the directions given and easy to get to other places in Venice. There were restaurants and grocery stores close. Overall, we had a fantastic time in Venice and would absolutely stay at this property again!

Ruhige Lage, obwohl die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen ist. Nur wenige Minuten von der Vaporetto Station entfernt, kann man immer wieder zu neuen Ausflügen aufbrechen. Super Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin.

Excellent House in Venice
A spacious, clean and well appointed three floor house in a superb position for exploring Venice either by foot or using the excellent water bus service which is available on the Grand Canal just minutes from the house. Communication, help and wide ranging information provided by the host Rita was first class and check-in was easy. If arriving and/or departing by train the station terminus is less than 10 minutes walk over the Grand Canal from the accommodation. And, if going to Venice Marco Polo airport the main bus station and taxi rank is also a 10-15 minute walk from the house. As you are in a busy city noise can be expected at night when staying in the house but this is not the case in the rooms at the rear e.g. open plan lounge/kitchen area and ground floor bedroom. Overall, and excellent holiday experience.

Bien situé et hôte sympathique
Très bon séjour chez Rita et Matteo. Nous avons eu des précieuses indications pour trouver le logement avec une arrivée autonome ce qui est bien pratique lorsque, comme nous, vous arrivez tard. Le logement est bien situé, proche de la gare, de restaurants et d'une petite supérette. Il y a un espace pour les enfants sous les combles avec des jeux et des puzzles. Nos enfants y ont passé de bons moment de jeux! Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans ce logement. Merci Rita et Matteo pour leur bons conseils et pour leur accueil.
