Terrible receptionist
The receptionist at the hotel has terrible manners. The whole experience is really bad because of her. She was really agressive towards my sister, because my sister could not understand her. The internet goes off every so often and i went to tell her and she told me i was lying, when i was right there was no internet. there are many power cuts and you get woken up every 2 hours because the air conditining goes off and you wake up boiling hot. They dont allow you to wash even a tshirt in the room because they have laundry at the hotel. Maybe this lady is burnt out with young people that have come to this hotel. But is not our fault. I am 36 and i dont like to be treated as a kid by such an awful manager. She shouldnt be dealing with people.
La recepcionista de hotel es una maleducada. El internet no funciona y cd fui a preguntarle educadamente me respondió q yo mentia, q funcionaba perfectamente, atónito me quedé!! La electricidad se va por la noche xq hay cortes de electricidad constantes, te despierta el calor porq el aire acondicionado se apaga. El hotel no esta mal, esta limpio, pero la mujer esta lo arruina todo, incluso sus empleadas de la limpieza las tiene aterrorizadas, se piensa q te hace un favor alquilandote la habitación. Ademas no te dejan lavar ropa porq ellos tienen servicio de lavanderia...en fin, hay muchos lugares en vang vieng para quedarte, no vayan a este hasta q esta mujer no aprenda a sonreir.
