“Got away for a long weekend to rest and hike the Ohiopyle State park along with the surrounding area. We wanted a separate sitting are from sleeping so my wife could sleep in……exactly what we got. The inn was set up with keyless codes for entry making check in and out easy. Very clean and convenient. We ate at the restaurant downstairs and even got a snack the one night. Very delicious and friendly. More than a hotel, but not the extra fees of a VRBO. Would return to try another season in...

“I’d rate this place a 4.95 stars. Ohiopyle is an outdoorsy area and The Cole is a perfect place for those who like adventure. The kitchen was perfectly sized and equipped for preparing our meals whether eating in or eating out. The dining table was great for pouring over maps or sipping coffee. The unit was spacious. It’s located next to a farm-to-table restaurant and in front of a laundromat. The only reason it didn’t earn a perfect 5 is because the AC smelled moldy and the beds were a little...

“My friend and I were supposed to camp at Ohiopyle for 4 nights but after a day and night of driving rain we surrendered and looked for a nearby place. This house was perfect and when I told the owner our situation she let us in just a little early so we could dry out. The location and accommodations were perfect and we truly appreciated it!”

“The Blue Heron was perfect for our weekend in the Laurel Highlands. Great location - restaurants, shops, hiking, biking and the river are all an easy walk from the house. Comfy house with every amenity. Wonderful fenced in yard for the pups, delightful hot tub.”

“We had a group of 16 people (8 children ages 2-9 and 8 adults). The home was spacious and very comfortable for our large group. We enjoyed eating meals together at the large dining room table, playing games, puzzles, s'mores at the fire pit, and most of all the basketball court. We brought a portable pickleball net which was a big hit with the adults. The zoo on site was a pleasant surprise. Ohio Pyle is a great place to visit even in November. We were very happy with this home.”

“The perfect spot for our friend get-away, remote enough that it was quiet and serene, but still near major roads, shops, and cafes. We had 5 girls getting ready so the bathrooms and plentiful mirrors were MUCH appreciated. Fans upstairs were so nice for our summer trip as well. Was really perfect and convenient for our needs, seems like everything was thought through very carefully and the place was cozy and clean as well. Would highly recommend.”
