Fantastic North Van Stay

The home was exactly as listed; with relaxing views of the Burrard Inlet from the expansive patio. Home was well appointed and tastefully decorated; my wife, toddler and I all felt at home and very relaxed here. Owner was very communicative, and we had no issues at all. Would stay here again!

The best!

The house is so beautiful, charming, and comfortable. It had everything we needed, and then some! We wish we had come 1 night sooner from Seattle just to enjoy this house. The deck was very enjoyable and the fresh flowers were such a nice touch, especially since hydrangeas are my favorite! I thought the blue ones were fake at first. Leslie was so kind, very helpful, and easily reached. A star VRBO host and this property is in our top 2 VRBO's.

Terrific Stay in North Vancouver

We stayed at Leslie and Rudy’s place for 9 days and really enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor spaces. We found the home was accurate to the listing. The home is very clean and decorated nicely with everything we needed as a family with 3 children and is located in a quiet, tree-lined area with excellent views. A nice place to relax in after busy days touring around Vancouver. The kitchen was very nicely laid out and organized well to make cooking easy and basics such as cooking oils, salt, pepper, etc were provided. We appreciated that the hosts leave a binder with detailed information on the home and area and had a well stocked first aid kit, too. Our kids loved the large yard and badminton net. Leslie graciously allowed them into her yard to jump on the trampoline and meet her pet rabbit and dog, which they loved. Having access to so much outdoor space as well as the large deck was a major bonus! We also appreciated the hosts flexibility in accommodating some unexpected changes/ extensions to our stay that were due to issues with our flights. We would definitely recommend this home and would stay again.

Superb North Vancouver stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the holidays at this mid-century modern gem. Not only was the accommodation excellent but the hosts went out of their way to ensure that we lacked for nothing. Upon our arrival, we were delighted to discover a fully decorated real Christmas tree! Thank you so much for an amazing experience.

Fantastic Home

Clean, very comfortable, quiet,well stocked and equipped very comfy bed and sheets, towels.. beautiful surroundings, generous host..couldn't ask for a better experience and we are very very fussy guests.

Sanctuary in Vancouver

Can’t say enough about this modern space. Super thoughtful design and layout, provided my family with all the essentials needed for a fantastic vacation. The neighborhood was beautiful and surrounded by all the best that Pacific Northwest has to offer. Leslie was very generous with her time and attentive with our questions. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful location and delightful property

The deep cove area is lovely in its greenery and quiet while being readily accessible (via the Upper Levels highway which has an entrance just a few blocks away which takes you) everywhere on the north shore or across the Lions Gate Bridge to downtown Vancouver in just minutes. We drove to Squamish, horseshoe bay, stanley park and coal harbor, and of course just around the corner to deep cove without any real delays. Staying in a neighborhood which is quiet and respectful of neighbors was particularly enjoyable and relaxing and we chose to spend time recovering from a lot of walking and moving about on the spacious deck overlooking Burrard inlet. The beds were comfy and the brightness of the enormous windows was just delightful so we never closed the blinds at all because there was adequate privacy without them. Parking is convenient as are two large supermarkets within a very short drive of a few blocks. I will gladly return to this wonderful spot and look forward to seeing the owners again who were unperturbed by our early arrival and accommodated us with a smile and lovely greeting.

Super Haus mit fantastischem Rundumblick ins Grüne. Tolle Gastgeber.

Das Haus hat tolle Ausblicke in alle Richtungen, egal ob von Küche und Wohnzimmer, oder aus den drei Schlafräumen - man schaut überall in den Garten oder auf das Wasser. Alle Schlafzimmer sind groß und mit reichlich Schränken versehen. Die Küche ist mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Danke an Leslie und Rudi

Brilliant spot for visiting Beautiful BC

Leslie has been the perfect host from the moment we first made our booking. She answered all of our questions and gave great advice on what to do.The house and location was everything we imagined and more!! The perfect spot for sightseeing the wonderful area that BC is….we did so much, and were also able to feel like locals thanks to Leslie’s top tips!! From Whistler to the local coffee shop….we experienced a wonderful first stay to this gorgeous area.

Perfect Landing Spot

We were relocating from another province and were looking for a place to stay for a few days to relax, rest, and get ourselves grounded again before checking out various places in and around Vancouver. This home was beautiful, clean, had everything we needed as a family of 5, and the view was peaceful. The only concern was that we assumed it was a completely private unit, but there were doors in the basement that were locked from the other side, and going to the next unit. For greater peace of mind, comfort, and personal security, it would have been nice to have a lock on our side of the unit as well. Overall great property, and central location. Leslie was so amazing too.

Nothing short of Fabulous!

Leslie and Rudi could not have been more charming and welcoming! We arrived as guests and left as life long friends! Don’t get me started on Beya, their gorgeous, sweet, loving dog! Amazing stay- amazing location

This was by far one of the nicest homes we have stayed in. From the great location to the well appointed kitchen and bedrooms- one didn’t need to look further. The beautiful house was nestled amongst a quiet neighborhood near walking trails through an old growth forest. We took our dog every morning and listened to the birds and the wonderful sound of the brook that runs through the woods. Down the road is a bird sanctuary and nature reserve. A 8 minute drive away leads you to Deep Cove where you can rent SUP, kayaks and even glimpse whales. 15 mins to downtown Vancouver. So close to everything and yet you are in a quiet spot where you can truly relax. Leslie was amazing and helped with settling in and with recommendations. We could not have asked for more.

Lovely spot. Quiet street. Nice yard. Lovely view. Several nearby grocery stores, little restaurants, a pub or two. There is a spot nearby to get fresh crab and another spot to play LaserTag. The house itself is well stocked (everything I looked for I found). The beds were comfy and the blinds closed well enough for good sleeping in. The shower had good water pressure. What more could you ask for?

A great getaway!

We had an amazing stay. The hosts were really thoughtful. We appreciated their efforts on making our xmas wonderful with the arrival greeting gifts for kids and also a tastefully decorated real xmas pine tree. The house was really clean and well designed. We enjoyed prepareing meals in the kitchen with the view of the bay. The beds and beddings were very comfortable. Kids loved the yard to run around and played in snow. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic Stay

This property is absolutely lovely! The pictures don’t do it justice at all. Leslie and Rudi were wonderful, unobtrusive hosts. They communicated promptly and clearly before our stay and were very welcoming. We’re sort of foodies, so we did all our own cooking and found the kitchen perfectly laid out and equipped. Thank you!
