Fabulous location for a Vancouver staycation!
Just about everything about this condo was fabulous! The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well-equipped and it was wonderful to have a safe parking spot so close to downtown and Chinatown! Unfortunately, it was very warm during our visit and the portable AC unit is only in the living room. The bedrooms were quite warm, and because we had to leave the windows open at night, it was noisier than we would have liked (especially since the Skytrain is above ground below the condo). So glad we brought earplugs!

Pretty much perfect, except the surrounding noise
Beautiful condo in the center. Everything was clean and well-equipped. The check-in process was very well described. Downtown and many attractions in Vancouver are easily reachable on foot. It’s a fantastic location with great restaurants and shopping options. If you want to travel further, the SkyTrain station “Stadium/Chinatown” is right next to the building. We felt very comfortable, except for the noise from outside, especially from the SkyTrain, which runs almost every minute. Even with the windows closed, the noise level was substantial. This is likely an issue throughout the building. The condo itself was very good.

Perfect stay
The property was in a great location...walking disatance to everything. We walked everywhere during the day and felt very safe (grocery store, shopping, restaurants, liquor store). The instructions from the owner are ABSOLUTELY PERFECT...very thorough! The space was very clean as well. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great Location, Great Views!
This unit was very comfortable, incredibly located and has amazing views of downtown Vancouver and the water. Located right next door to it train station, there is even a Costco around the corner! We were able to walk all over downtown to restaurants, stores, and even rolling our luggage to the cruise ship terminal. It could barely have been more convenient! Very comfortable for our party of four, and we loved sipping coffee on the balcony with its great views. James was a very thoughtful host and recommend this unit very highly.

Van Couver getaway
We were ending an Alaskan cruise and wanted to tour Van Couver for a few days. The condo was perfect for our group. Great location for transport to sites. The condo was lovely , very clean, and had everything we needed. Such a great few days. Thank you!

Convenient Stay in Vancouver!
We had a short stay in Vancouver to see family and were delighted with this property. Spacious enough for a family of three, close to transit options, and enough to see and do in the nearby area to occupy ourselves during down time. Clean and in a great location!

What an amazing and beautiful condo on the 25th floor overlooking parts of Chinatown and adjacent to the Rogers Arena. James is a very accommodating and gracious host, Check in/out procedures were very thorough and accurate. No problems getting in and out. Convenient location to almost all Vancouver amenities. Perfect location for family to spend a few extra days in Vancouver after our Alaska cruise. He was helpful in recommending a place for us to store our luggage while waiting for the condo to become available. This tip was a lifesaver for us. We highly recommend James place to anyone looking for a convenient, clean place to stay.

Fun with Son
This property is very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for us. We could walk to Gastown, Stanley Park and the Aquarium, also Chinatown, places to eat and get great coffee. We took a short drive to Riefel Bird Sanctuary. Across the street from the stadium if you like to take on a Sporting event. This is a city location so it does come with all the vibrant noise you would expect in a big city.

Stadium stay
Lovely clean place with all the necessary accessories. It’s right by the stadium, which initially made us nervous (noise, views), but was a total non-issue. The football stadium actually has interesting structure and night lighting that make it quite attractive. There’s a nice little balcony you can sit on with morning coffee for a view of the water. Check-in was a little challenge as the instructions were so detailed we missed an important bit (initial door code), but we recovered easily. It’s close to lots of fun and necessary stuff including an Asian grocery. Great stay.

Beautiful apartment
We stayed for three nights when we came to the city for our granddaughter’s 2nd birthday party. The apartment is well appointed and comfortable and within walking distance to everything we needed. Would be an ideal place if you’re in town for an event at the arena or BC Place as it’s right across the street. The host was very responsive to any of our questions as well. Would definitely recommend it!

Easy access to condo. Great views and location! Another comfy chair(like the one in the master bedroom) would be nice in front room to left of couch. 3 of us in our party. Some nice pics on walls would “warm” up your condo. Just some thoughts😊👍

This condo has a gorgeous view of the water and is super close to the metro. We were very happy to stay here and James' instructions were clear to get in. It was a little hot with no AC but we were very grateful for the fans provided. Thanks, would recommend!!

Although check in needs a little more explanation due to ensuring you get into the building because of the way the connection is set up- the condo is truly amazing! Awesome views and super comfortable beds! The condo has everything you need! Location for concerts and sports was great! Would highly recommend staying there.

What a view!
Beautiful property that looks exactly as photographed. The incredibly detailed instructions we received shortly before check in were exact, detailed, and very informative. We loved that they even included their favorite restaurants around the area. The only downsides (and one only applies to the 2 weeks a year the temperatures are over 80 degrees Fahrenheit)- no air conditioning and loud-ish train noises and sirens. There were fans, but it was a little tricky circulating air to keep the bedrooms comfortable for sleeping. The street noise (made worse with windows open to bring in cool air) was easily managed with ear plugs. It is a big city, so as long as your expectations are set correctly, this property will exceed all your wishes. Such a great property- I wish all check in and check out procedures were as detailed as this.
