Great stay
Photos are accurate. My wife my two kids and I stayed for 8 days. Convenient location, clean quiet and new property. Host was quite responsive and offered a drink at checkin. Enjoyed the stay. Thank you Chandra for the drink and your hospitality.

Affordable and Pleasant Stay
This property was comfortable and convienent and affordable and responses from the property owner were quick and helpful. We had everything we needed! We suggested an update be made to the listing to make it clear this was an apartment attached to the property owners main living space and they made the update! Previous reviews about no can opener has not been remedied. There still isn't a can opener but we made do.

Place is in a nice neighborhood with easy access to stores and restaurants. Place is clean and simple. Owner is easy to talk to and quick with responses. Would recommend.

Not ready
I unfortunately did not get instructions for check in process. I had to ring the main house's doorbell to be let in to the property. (An inconvenience not only to the owner's mother but to us, the renters as well). There was a lock box which was difficult to open (the owner's mom tried 5 minutes until it was finally opened). The property was ok. Beds were hard. My son's back was hurting after taking a nap. No shampoo or conditioner provided. I asked (but they said they did not have any). No hairdryer. (I asked and they said that it was under the sink). I checked under the sink in the bathroom, kitchen and all around the house. There wasn't one. They responded about the hairdryer after I have left. All in all, the property itself was ok; but the host is not ready nor was responsive to your queries in a timely manner.

This was a nice place to stay for my sisters and i on vacation. Not too far from Vancouver and other attractions. Newer rental and has most of your needs. Only item we were missing was a can opener.

Convenient Vancouver Location
Accomodations were very nice at a reasonable price. Being a newly remodeled space all the fit & finished presented as professionally installed. Highly recommend this property and is a great value.

Nice and Quiet
I had to stay in Surrey for a short while, and this was a nice and quiet place to stay that had close access to many places in Surrey. It was a relatively quiet neighborhood as well.

Property was very clean, good heating system, constant hot water 24 hours of the day. Kitchen was well equipped with enough plates and cups for 6 people. Dishwasher in kitchen which is helpful. Tv with most channels for entertainment during the evening. There was a iron and ironing board in one of the bedrooms. over all a very comfortable apartment big enough for 4 people . only thing I would like to mention is that it has a very nice electric cooker but the owners did not have any oven trays so we could not cook in the oven. Also it does not have a washing machine or dryer so little bit of a issue if you are going to stay longer than 1 week. The communication via email was very good with the owners who live in the house beside the property so we did not have any issue with anything. would defiantly stay there again if I was to visit Vancouver.
