Beautiful House!
We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, clean house in a nice neighborhood. The house is as described. Decor and furniture are good quality but dated. The two queen bedrooms do not have TVs. Huge master suite. Pool and hot tub was clean but not warmed so we couldn’t use them, thus the 4 star rating. Lori, the caretaker, was proactive and responsive to any issues we encountered. I highly recommend this property and would certainly stay there again.

The neighborhood was nice & quiet. The property manager Lori was great. The house was very clean but I’m sorry to say the house was very dark & dingy. The best rooms were the two guest rooms and bathroom. The paint was light in color and the light bulbs were bright.The rest of the house was very dark and the lighting wasn’t very good.The kitchen recessed lights were bright but almost the rest of the recessed lighting throughout the house had those old cheap Chinese curling mercury filled light bulbs. Oscar, the owner, could easily go to Home Depot and replace those old cheap light bulbs with more efficient LED light bulbs.Come on Oscar, open up your wallet a bit and by paint and new light bulbs. Start with the master bedroom. That room is horribly dark even with all the blinds open. Get rid of that dark red, marked up paint and replace it with a much lighter color. Same with all that brown paint in the master bathroom.Also, those two walk-in closets need the brightest lights you can get. You can barely see when the lights are on.While you’re at it, please put a dishwasher in that empty spot you covered up with a stained sheet of plywood.Oscar, your home has SO MUCH POTENTIAL!It wouldn’t cost very much for paint, LED light bulbs and a basic dishwasher.If you did these things you would get FIVE STARS.Again, Lori, the home caretaker is a fabulous person.

Good value
We had a nice time. There was plenty of space for everyone. Lori the manager was easy to communicate with and even pointed us at some local Pickleball courts. The two guest bedrooms do not have ceiling fans so they get a bit stuffy. though we were able to borrow some fans from our family that live close by. There is no dishwasher so if you cooked a lot that might be an issue, but it was fine for this particular trip. All in all, we thought it was a good value and loved that it was close to our family in Valrico.

The home was large enough that the kids had their space and the adults had ours. Some amenities weren’t available to us (fire pit) but the manager was awesome and took care of our every need. Close to everything yet far away to be an oasis!

Beautiful house & perfect location
The house was big enough to accommodate all of us with room to spare. The Host was very very pleasant!! When we needed help with electric grill she came right over. I truly appreciate the hospitality!!! Also, house is very close to major highways but in quite cute neighborhood. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!

The condition of the house is unsatisfactory, as the exterior space is dirty with accumulated dust, cobwebs, and neglected outdoor furniture. Additionally, the fridge's ice maker is inoperable, lacking even basic ice trays. It is recommended to heat the unheated pool and hot tub during early spring for better enjoyment, as otherwise, renting the property with a pool may not be worthwhile. The property displays signs of neglect with chipped wall paint, dark blinds, poor lighting, and a malfunctioning trash compactor. However, a positive aspect is that the bed is comfortable.

Price was awesome for the location. Easy to enter and exit. I do wish we knew where the sheets were for the upstairs pull out couch. It would be helpful to add that to the description.

Comfortable place
Nice house overall. The management of it was very good. Pool area is nice and the house is very spacious overall. The decor is interesting and not our typical style (a bit cluttered) but it was clean and not dusty at all which is what’s important to us. There are some interesting pieces of decorations and some pretty paintings. They had nice extra touches like paper towel, shampoo/conditioner and body wash. The beds are very, very comfortable. It also is in a very nice neighborhood that’s safe and quiet. We would stay here again.

Cat urine smell on the second floor was very strong. The pool needs work/update. There’s a large broken block in the spa and the waterfall feature smelled like rotten sewage with a bunch of frogs inside. Couldn’t get the light or fan to work above the outdoor table. The kitchen was excellent. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. It’s a very spacious house and easily accommodated three families. Lots of parking. The washing machine was moldy. The dryer was ok and so was the dishwasher.

A beautiful location and home. Few updates needed. Overall it was very nice. Property manager was very nice as well and attentive to needs during stay. We really enjoyed my mom's birthday weekend there.
