“Convenient location! Nice place ! ”

“Our issue was not with The Suites at Hershey but with the booking. We booked in February for a stay in July. Two days before we were to check in, we got a call from VRBO saying that our four-night reservation had been canceled because they couldn't reach the owner of the unit we were meant to stay in. They were able to re-book a different unit at the same property, but it was for just two nights. The communication during this process was terrible. “My family and I had an excellent time at The Suites at Hershey for the Thanksgiving holiday. The place was very clean and so comfortable. Equipped with all the amenities needed. The fireplace was perfect for the time of year. Location was great, close to all the attractions, outlets and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property, our stay was a relaxing and seamless experience! ”

“I paid for a suite with a kitchen so i didnt have to buy food out wvery night. The fridge nor the stove worked, i went to the front desk and they didnt seem to care. I will be calling the corporate office of IHG to be sure to get a refund for this because it was not what was posted.”
