“Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! ”

“Beautiful spot, but difficult to access without a rental car. We were travelling on foot/train/bus and we had to rely solely on the 2 or 3 taxis in the township. The walk was ok downhill, but very arduous going back (We're in our 70's). We chose Varenna as it much more affordable than Ballagio, and the views are simply breathtaking. “Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich hervorragend. Toller Ausblick vom Balkon, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten an der Straße. Im Vorfeld hat man viele Informationen erhalten, sodass man alles schnell gefunden hat. Die Unterkunft selbst ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, relativ rustikal eingerichtet, das Sofa ist leider komplett durchgesessen. Es ist viel Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Wir hatten einige Probleme mit den Steckdosen, der Stecker der Waschmaschine passt nicht in die Steckdose....

"La propiedad es muy bonita pero tuvimos varios problemas. Mi llave para abrir el porton hacia el lago no funcionaba, en el cuarto teniamos una luz que se apagaba cada 10 minutos (tenia un timer para apagarse) y esa luz la queriamos encendida. Nunca nos dijeron que la hora de salida eran laas 11 am y nos sacaron rapido, no nos dieron ni opcion de un late checkout En general, esto genera incomodidad en la experencia del hotel y preferimos turistear cerca del lago en lugar de quedarnos en el restaurante o en el hotel"
