“We very much appreciated being able to bring our furry family members. Thank you!Good location between Beaver Creek and Vail. We had cars so it was fine not being convenient to any shuttle stops. It’s in a neighborhood so it was quiet and pleasant. Typical mountain condo otherwise. We had many meals in the condo (Christmas week) and it was well equipped for that. The place definitely has a lot of wear and tear on it and could use a refresh. Worked fine for us. Thanks!”

“Property manager was always quick to respond. One minor issue with the property which was addressed immediately. House had plenty of room for two families with nine total people. We would stay here again.”

“Our group loved our stay! We had a group of 7, including 4 adults and 3 teenage children. The location is great, about 10-15 minutes door-to-door for either Vail or Beaver Creek. The bus is near if you prefer that option. The location was nice, in a small residential area that was pretty quiet even while so close to skiing. “Set within the gates of Beaver Creek this property is absolutely amazing! The setting is quiet and beautiful. Decor is extremely tasteful inside and out. There was plenty of room for our dogs, extended family and friends. The hottub was an extra bonus. Every detail in this home is a treat, from the kitchen with plenty of cooking and serving dishes, glasses and utensils, along with two dishwashers for large parties, to games, puzzles, extra fridge in the garage. “Our stay this past week at this property was absolutely fantastic! The townhome was clean, cozy, well-equipped, and great location. The ridgepoint area was also very nice. Clubhouse hot tub was great and well maintained. After long days of skiing, we loved coming back to the warm fireplace and comfortable living space. “Place was nice and clean. Love the sound of the river flowing at night with windows open. Very spacious and close to everything. ”

“We must have been the first people who stayed here. We assumed the kitchen items had been washed prior to them in the cupboards but after we used then we found the stickers on the bottom of everything. No misc spices or anything available, unlike every other place we have stayed in. Usually there is some communication on surrounding area, and how to leave condo. Nothing Luckily, we just needed a place to sleep, as we had our agenda figured out. We made this place work for us.”

Conveniently located with easy access to the slopes, shopping, and apres ski, this 3000 square foot condo had everything our family could ask for: a well-stocked kitchen for the family chef, cozy fireplaces, (and a well stocked woodpile), for those chilly evenings, huge picture windows that let in the light, and gave us those snowy mountain vistas, even our own private sauna. The sheets were a problem in two of the five bedrooms in that they caused severe itching and rashes. We ended up buying blankets to use instead of sheets. “Great location in the heart of Avon. Large place, great deck and hot tub. Fairly outdated (think carpet in the bathrooms), stains on couches and mattresses. 3rd bedroom did NOT have a 3rd twin mattress or bed which messed up our sleeping arrangements. Big kitchen/island for prepping meals, fridge wasnt very cold, even at its highest level. Wifi was very spotty the entire trip. Overall- decent for price due to location, but with minimal effort if could be way better.”
