“My daughter and I came into town for a couple of Yankees games. Saturday we went into Rimes Square. My husband (her father) died in February 2024 and we needed a couple of days away from home just to recharge. Our hotel provided a home feeling in a hotel room. Thank you so much!!!”

“This location did not have anything close by in regards of places to eat or drink. However, it was spotless and looked just like it was advertised! My daughter n I felt very safe the whole stay. It’s just a short walk from 2 subway trains which made it very easy to get into the city! We did take an Uber at night to get back—-cost less than $40—to ensure safety. I would definitely stay there again! ”

“Listing was not as advertised, in an unsafe neighborhood, requested separate rental agreement (which would be fine) but an additional requirement for card documentation for their file, implying a duplicate charge. When I tried to cancel our 5 night stay (online, via phone, and through email) after nearly being accosted by 3 strangers upon our entry, I was immediately denied and told 'no refund', 'can't cancel' and 'its not known (locally) as a safe place'. Ridiculously poor customer service...

“The room wasn't set up as shown. Could barely get around the end of the bed because of dresser. The desk chair only leaned back and due to no room to maneuver, you couldn't get it out. No extra trash bags. No extra toilet paper. Dead Fly squished and left on wall. Mold in Shower”

“My stay was okay; but I would like to note that I fell outside of the building near the ramp leading to the parking lot and I could not get anyone to take an incident report. I had to be transported to the emergency room via EMS. The sink in the bathroom was broken, the toilet seat was broken and too small for the toilet. There were not enough towels and wash cloths for the stay. We ran out of toilet paper and we had problems getting into the building the first day. There were burn marks on the...
