We loved being right over the marina to watch the boats come in and with lobster season kicking off on the 6th there was a lot of activity and people in the area. The newly renovated pool area was nice to cool off in and only a short walk. The marina restaurant and pool cabana was run by the same local business restaurant...

“Great stay, great location, great host. I do wish the ad mentioned it is on the third floor with no elevator. It was only an issue for one person in our party but it's worth mentioning. Plenty of parking for our boat and ski, pennecamp is easy access for launching ocean side. Would stay again. ”

“The apartment was really nice and clean. Lots of space for all and very comfortable. Was concerned about it being above a restaurant but no noise or smells. Place was great. Being right off US1 traffic was notable but not obnoxious. Would gladly stay again.”

“Apt suite number 2 was very clean just as pictured good water pressure had everything you would need to cook if you wanted to good ac never did find the washer and dryer only bad thing was the trash and old kitchen stuff from the the from captain craigs it’s self cigarette butts and beer cans laying on the ground and walkways but other then that nice place to stay and captain craigs food is really good and fair priced ”

“We encountered one small issue upon arrival and reached out to the host. She was there within 15 minutes and fixed the problem. Unit was directly across from the pool which we enjoyed. The ground had a swiiming area and pier overlooking the water. Location was close to attractions including John Pennekamp state park. ”

“The property was fine for us because we were mainly in the Keys to go scuba diving. But the unit wasn’t very well stocked for a typical VRBO- no salt, exactly 4 spoons, 1 broken ice tray. The balcony was so tiny, only one chair fit. We also found an empty donut bag under the bed. It was fine for what we needed, but I wouldn’t stay here again. The property manger was very nice and checked in on us and helped us when we arrived late due to flight delays. ”

“The property is very clean, however does show some wear. Nothing worse than a loose door between the bedroom and bathroom. Easy access to the pool and pier. The beach is more for lounging and waiting. Pleanty of little critters to catch at lowtide. Fish and bird watching was nice by the pier and marina. Grilling was easy and private, kitchen was great for our small family. Seafood markets were just 7miles up the road. Although the ocean is visible it is about a 10 minute walk to reach any...
